Took my phone in to have them repair the broken glass on the back. When I got my phone back an hour later the button on the side did not work. They tried to say it was like that, it was not. Had to take it to another cell phone repair company, CPR in Loveland and when they took it apart they showed me where this company punctured a hole in my lithium battery right through to the power wire that connects that side button. When I confronted them about it, they tried to say it wasn’t them when they are the only people that ever were inside my phone. Don't know how this place has 4.0, I give it -100000 stars. they charged me $300 to fix my broken screen. If I knew it would only last a month I would've gotten a new phone, spending $1,000+ for a new phone is worth more than wasting my $300 for ONE MONTH here. They do not use good quality screens, it registered my finger too slow so I had to type slow and I could see green lines in everything that was black. It slowly turned from blue to black.
