Came in to pick up a device purchased through Verizon. Had email confirmation that clearly states $0.00 owed. I wait 45 minutes to be told that I can't take home the phone I can see in its box because the ipads aren't working, then its the WiFi is slow, then it's the computers aren't working... then its you are going to have to come back tomorrow. Meanwhile two other groups are being helped and somehow accomplish what they needed to. I inquired about the employee using a 4g hotspot but he couldn't get that to work. He stated that it doesn't have an active sim card... So the only example in the store doesn't/can't work and the store is otherwise dead. The only employee doesn't know how to conduct business within the confines of what management has provided... like a single wired computer and a Sim card (totally a write off) for store use. Upon showing said email employee got mad at me stating that it comes out of his paycheck if I don't pay more than $50 in additional Fees. After saying "it does not reflect very well on you or your business..." the employee responded with if you come back tomorrow I can waive one of the fees... So He just didn't want to deal with me and dismissed me. Never met a retail employee that is willing to give up personal money when black and white proof of BS is in hand, so I highly doubt those Fees are anything but a scam. I had already signed everything and was told all I needed was my ID to pick up my phone by Verizon. This store uses nothing but Verizon signage but is not Verizon the employee clearly stated that. As well as that If an in store pickup is at a corporate store one doesn't pay Fees. There is a Corporate store just 3 miles west of the mall location. Read moreUpdate: After my review, I was contacted by Michael Victra's new store manager. He promised he would make things right and he could see where I was supposed to be receiving the promotional credits. Admitted that we should've have been awarded more credits for the phones we traded in and said there was hope on getting everything straightened out but it would take 4-6 weeks. Here it is the end of August and nothing has been fixed. Michael never updated me as promised in text messages.
I also sent an email to the "owner" who commented on this review and never received a reply.
I would still recommend you go to an actual Verizon store and avoid VICTRA and a never ending billing headache.
Not very professional service. We purchased 7 devices from them with some "promotions" and also did 2 trade ins and have yet to receive the credits. It has been over 4 months. Also purchased liquid screen protector in exchange for a bill credit that we still have not seen. I have tried multiple times asking help from Jonah. Also purchased 2 watches that have never been able to be activated either. But have definitely been billed for. My billing is a mess. I would avoid this store and any Victra stores for that matter. Jonah seemed to be very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful but when I got my bills and asked for help on what was promised it has been nothing but dead ends. If you've purchased anything here check your billing afterwards. After being with Verizon over a decade this has completely changed how we feel about Verizon and are actively looking to move our business lines elsewhere. Read moreI was promised a $1000 credit off my 2 galaxy s 24 ultra devices and ryan only gave me a $700 off promotion and told me I didn't need to trade in my phones to get the $1000 promo and our bill would be around $70 for each a month. So I drive back to greeley from ault the next day and he said it was his mistake and he would fix it. Well all Mr ryan did was put a stupid $124 credit onto bill and called it a day, lying to me once again that the $1000 off for each phones had been applied. Ive now been on the phone with support every day for the past 10 days and he messed my account up so bad that none of them can even fix it and now my bill is $107 each a month with no verizon insurance or anything a total of $215 just for 2 24 ultra devices, when we signed up for paying around $70 a month like he advertised.
