WHY ARE THE STAFF ALLOWED TO BE DO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL? HAVING TO ADD TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW UNFORTUNATELY. THERE ARE A BUNCH OF STAFF HERE YET YOU CANNOT GET ANY OF THEM TO COME HELP .THEY HIDE IN BACK TALKING AND WHEN ASKED FOR HELP GET ANNOYED! THE GUY THATS ACTUALLY BEEN HERE AWHILE HAS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE! WHY DO YOU ADD IN A JUMP HOUSE TO BE SO BOTHERED WHEN ASKED TO LET KIDS IN? ITS YOUR RULES THAT ITS NOT PART OF EVERYTHING ELSE & REQUIRES ATTENDANCE SO WHY BE SO MAD THAT YOU HAVE TO HELP? WHY DO YOU HIRE KIDS THAT DO NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO WORK MUCHLESS INTERACT WITH KIDS? ONE GIRL ACTUALLY WAS ANNOYED THAT A CHILD WASNT LISTENING TO HER EXPLAINING THE RULES , I HAD TO INTERVEIN AND TELL HER THE CHILD WAS 1 YEARS OLD AND HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS SAYING! I HAVE NO PROBLEM FILLING OUT A FORM BUT TELL ME WHY DO YOU ALLOW THIS PLACE TO BE RAN THIS WAY? ITS LAUGHABLE , WELL UNTIL YOU SPEND $200 FOR YOUR KIDS TO HAVE FUN WHILE THE STAFF BEHAVES LIKE THEY ARE NOT AT WORK AND CANT BE BOTHERED TO WORK. THE NEW MANAGER ( GUY WITH THE LONG HAIR) HIDES SO DOESNT CARE WHATS GOING ON BUT SHOULD! FYI YOU CANT GET PEOPLE INTO MEMBERSHIP CONRACTS BY MISINFORMING THEM & TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THOSE THAT DO NOT UNDERSTAND!Do not trust the new monthly pricing. I was impressed by the manager at first thinking he sounded compent and kind then when I asked why he said that 100 games means that each game is charged as 1 point each swip so then why did I watch 8 points be removed? He then asked to check the card to look up activity and says oh ok you played a few games multiple times, to which I said yes of course we did because there are not 100 games here so to use 100 points you'd have to play games multiple times! He did not know what to say to that so just walked away without helping with the fact that I'd come to him due to the fact that I'd seen the games take more then 1 point for each game . I actually thought for a minute that this place was finally ending their ghetto service, then I had to deal with Mia , a little girl that has so much attitude you'd think she wasn't at...

I would definitely NOT recommend this place for a birthday party. If you just want to eat dinner, play, and leave maybe it would be okay though.

We chose the middle package for 5 kids and ordered 2 add on adult pizzas and 5 drinks for adults. Total was about $200.

The birthday parties are rushed . We were given 2 hours (12:30-2:30) when 2:00pm rolled around we were told to start packing up our things so the table would be ready for the next child. Why was I charged for 2 hours if I really only got 1.5? Tables are SUPER close together as well!

Everyone from the birthday party got ill literally the next day after going there. I’m not sure if it was the food or the venue…but literally EVERYONE got sick with flu like symptoms. Vomiting, diarrhea, etc.

Bathroom is difficult if you’re in a wheelchair. My mom couldn’t reach the soap and could barely reach the water to wash her hands.

The main reason for my low star review is the entry/exit. There isn’t someone there at all times to check stamps! This was a big thing discussed on the website. Promises of people checking stamps to ensure children leave with correct party. Do not expect this at this location. Yes, people need to watch their kids but having that extra peace of mind was great until it wasn’t there.

Employees seemed like they were running on autopilot.

Despite these frustrating things going on there were a few things we liked.

There was a good variety of games in the arcade area. There were a few different photo booths which was awesome. Claw machine games, racing games are also present. Only encountered one...

EVERY time we come here, this Machine is ALWAYS out of paper. We have to wait pretty much the whole time we are here for someone to refill it. We love to use this machine every time we come her because it has the date stamped on the corner when it is printed out. It is just a unique memory to have. Yes we can take a picture on our phones. But it just makes it special being able to have a copy printed right then and there. We spend a good chunk of change every time we come here. It is not a lot to ask to have ONE Machine to be up and running for ALL to use. Also, when we ask (politely) for it to be refilled; we get eye rolls or shoulder shrugs or very loud sighs. That's not OK. We are not rude when we ask. We are not demanding. We always treat people with respect and dignity. I didn't know it was a big deal asking a worker to kindly do their job. We keep coming back because of our children. If it weren't for them we literally would NEVER step foot in this place. Anything to make our babies Happy. Please do better. Side note....the renovations so far look nice. I just wish this place would have kept the pause stations instead of having to go to the front desk and waiting...
