It’s honestly sad to leave this review because the snacks here are good! But sadly today I came in and all the ice creams were melted. I asked the girl serving us if she’d mind trying to get some from the bottom since the ice cream was for my kid and it’d melt all over him. She gave me a dirty look and said “ they’re all melted, so do you want it or not “ didn’t even try to. She said she’d give me a cup if I needed it. So I agreed and she just had a bitter face the whole time after. I asked for her bosses info and she said she wasn’t there and couldn’t give me her info. Walked in place smelled amazing and my mouth began to water.....searched the ice cream flavors and decided on what I wanted. Wasn't until I spoke to the lady behind the counter who repeatedly scratched an open sore on her arm then rubbed her nose before finally starting to make my order...shocked she at least didn't wash her hands or wear gloves to serve up my order...I kindly refused saying I changed my mind and left. I will never return to such a place if that is the level of cleanliness while handling food.....I gave 1 star only because I couldn't...

Mi reciente visita a La Michoacana me dejó un mal sabor de boca, y desafortunadamente, no fue por el helado en sí. Mi grupo llegó unos 20 minutos antes de la hora de cierre, lo que creímos que era tiempo suficiente para disfrutar de nuestros helados. Compramos nuestras Nieves y nos sentamos a comer, solo para que poco después una empleada nos dijera que teníamos que movernos porque iban a limpiar. Todavía estábamos comiendo activamente nuestro helado, y se sintió increíblemente apresurado e inoportuno. Es realmente decepcionante que te hagan sentir como una molestia cuando eres un cliente que paga, especialmente cuando la tienda todavía está técnicamente abierta. Si bien el helado en sí era bueno, el mal servicio al cliente al final de nuestra visita definitivamente le resta valor a la experiencia general.

Disappointing End to an Ice Cream Treat My recent visit to La Michoacana left a sour taste, and unfortunately, it wasn't from the ice cream itself. My group arrived about 20 minutes before closing, which we believed was ample time to enjoy our treats. We purchased our ice cream and sat down to eat, only to be told shortly after by an employee that we needed to move because they were going to clean.
