Mt Fuji Sushi & Hibachi — Restaurant in Greeley

Mt Fuji was absolutely amazing. We had the pleasure of eating there for the first time and were extremely impressed with everything. Our server Arya N did a fantastic job,was very pleasant, friendly, and got everything correct with our order. Our chef, Albert was absolutely phenomenal in all regards. He cooked the meal "hibachi style" right in front of us and cooked everything to perfection. He also made sure we had a blast, and was very entertaining, professional, hilarious, and phenomenal. I highly recommend this new restaurant and know you'll have a blast. The restaurant was very clean, the employees were very friendly, and it's definitely recommended for kids or a romantic dinner. Oh yeah, one huge recommendation. This is an interactive experience which means your chef does better if you interact with them. So, if you are like me you have doubts about spending any amount of money on food at an establishment inside of the greeley mall. My daughter and I however, were in the mood for something different. When I looked up, Hibachi Mt Fuji was the first place to pop up. I was enticed by the photographs, and we decided to give it a shot. Upon entering, you are greeted with a clean, friendly, and unique atmosphere. You can sit at a normal table and order whatever you wish, or you can choose to sit in the hibachi section. You can still order anything of the menu as long as everyone also orders Hibachi. It isn't cheap but you aren't just paying for the delicious food, which it certainly was but for the show as well. And quiet a show it was. Our chef was spectacular. Showing of his skills and keeping us laughing and entertained. I ordered the tenderloin and shrimp. Heads up... So our dinner that was supposed to be half paid for as a gift by my in-laws was not accepted by these guys. Possibly. I tried to pay for half of my family's $104 dinner with a prepaid visa card and they said they dont accept those... they dont accept what? Visa cards? Well they took my other visa card no problem...! We would have gone anywhere else if we had known that up front because I didnt plan on spending over $100 on one meal for 3 people tonight. So just keep that in mind if you have a prepaid debit card here and plan to try to use it. I dont know of anywhere that doesn't accept these cards anymore! So I dont know what this was about but it was pretty upsetting. Maybe the servers have to wait for tips for a few days if they use them or something, who knows. 🙄

Anyway. The place wasn't crowded. We went at 7pm. The food was great, the cook was a sweetheart. Other staff were nothing...
