Took several of my watches here for a battery, several died within the two or three year guarantee. One in particular was new and would run and stop, took back several times and they called and said it needed cleaning on brand new watch, question the diagnosis and said no! Picked it up and they tried to charge me the cleaning and told them it was not authorized, kinda sketchy. Went back, thought I’d give them another shot. Took a brand new gold ring never out of the package and a gold coin to be installed. Went to pick it up, first thing he tells me:”took me a lot longer than what I quoted!” The ring was all scratched up on surface and sides. Ordered my ring size 5 when I got it it was a lil to loose at 5.something slips off my finger spins all around it was a pain so after running around nobody wanted to resize it do to diamonds on the side it would b risky but this place really talked me through it after losing confidence that I would never b able to get it sized without damage they assured me they could since the cut was very small the diamonds were safe he had it done within mins both rings fit perfectly it’s been months now n I’m confident to say it was a success no diamonds fell out it’s still as beautiful as it was the first day I got it the price was the best other places charged more just to end up turning me away in the end I will definitely b coming back I wouldn’t trust no1 else...

I am currently the manager at this location and unfortunately we have done business with Mr. James Evans, his accusations are very incorrect and we yet to see a police report on his so called missing jewelry. I would like to clear up that we do have cameras at this location and all of our jewelry goes in the safe at closing time but we rarely have to keep things in the safe as most of the jobs get done in less than 2hrs. Every business has its ups and downs but be clear that I will do anything in my power to make sure our customer service is exceptional.
