As someone who absolutely loves vegetables and Thai curry, this place stole my heart! The Khao Soy was rich and flavorful, with tender chicken, juicy shrimp, and a creamy curry broth that hit all the right notes. The crispy noodles on top added the perfect textureâcrunchy and satisfying.
The stir-fried mixed vegetables were vibrant, fresh, and cooked just right. Every bite was full of color and flavor, and the peanut sauce on the side brought everything together beautifully. Plus, the crispy egg roll was a great little bonus!

Their menu States gluten free and unfortunately my mom has it's gotten sick twice now while eating here. Unfortunately, we called today to ask them and the Greeley location only has one fryer, which means their gluten-free options that are fried are cross-contaminated. You cannot call an item gluten free if you're cross-contaminating it in the same pots, pans or fryer. Gluten-free is not just a trend, but there are also people that are severely or allergic to it.
