Khao Soy & Veggie Lover’s Heaven in Greeley! As someone who absolutely loves vegetables and Thai curry, this place stole my heart! The Khao Soy was rich and flavorful, with tender chicken, juicy shrimp, and a creamy curry broth that hit all the right notes. The crispy noodles on top added the perfect texture—crunchy and satisfying. The stir-fried mixed vegetables were vibrant, fresh, and cooked just right. Every bite was full of color and flavor, and the peanut sauce on the side brought everything together beautifully. Plus, the crispy egg roll was a great little bonus! To end the meal, the coconut ice cream with peanuts was a perfect, refreshing treat—creamy, light, and not overly sweet. It reminded me of Thai street food at its best. If you’re a Khao Soy fan or a veggie lover like me, you must try this spot in Greeley. Authentic, delicious, and made with care.

Salathai Restaurant in Greeley is exceptional! The food is authentic and delicious—we had the Massaman curry, Drunken Noodles, fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, and mango sticky rice to go. Everything was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The portions were good size and the prices were very reasonable! The service was outstanding—Mika and another server were incredibly kind and attentive. For Father’s Day, they even gave us a free Thai tea, which was amazing! There were fresh flowers on the table, the restaurant was spotless, including the restroom. Highly recommended for anyone wanting excellent Thai food, great service and a beautiful atmosphere!

I ordered the spicy drunken noodles online at around 11:30 food was ready very fast. when I picked up I realized I had ordered from their regular menu not lunch. so I got charged around $20 for a small portion of noodles with 4 shrimp no sides no drink. a $3 tip was auto added. Food tasted good, not spicy at all, was extremely greasy and upset my stomach. I will probably not go back, I prefer other places in town that have much larger portions for less money and they haven't made me sick.

First off let's start By saying the food here is amazing and always fresh whether you eat at the Windsor location or the Greeley location.. but this is where I have a problem. Their menu States gluten free and unfortunately my mom has it's gotten sick twice now while eating here. Unfortunately, we called today to ask them and the Greeley location only has one fryer, which means their gluten-free options that are fried are cross-contaminated. You cannot call an item gluten free if you're cross-contaminating it in the same pots, pans or fryer. Gluten-free is not just a trend, but there are also people that are severely or allergic to it. Thankfully, my mother's reaction this time wasn't severe. I personally will continue to eat here, but I believe my mother has changed her mind and will no longer be...
