It has now happened four times, Noodles and Company have either given me a to go order or an Order Up order with no sauce. Should I have written this review after the first time? Absolutely not. Mistakes happen. Was I upset? Of coarse, but I can go through life with some disappointment, it's whatever. Should I have written this review the second or third time? Again, mistakes happen, and what's more is that each of these happened a different Noodles and Co. The first on Harmony in Fort Collins, the second in Greeley by walmart, the third in Greeley in Centerplace. This is now the second time it has happened at the one in Centerplace and it has lead me to one conclusion. The fundamental workings of Noodles and Co are broken. The problem is ALWAYS missing sauce. How does that happen? Yeah, people make mistakes, but you don't just "forget" the bread on a sandwich. There are three pieces to all pasta dishes (especially at Noodles and Co); noodles, contents, and sauce. How do you finish a dish without having added something THAT fundamental. When I get my dish, it is now almost not eatable. Dry noodles do NOT taste very good and go down very hard. Each time this mistake happens it is at a different location with a different cook so the only constant is the company itself. Through my dry pastas the only conclusion with the underlying theme of Noodles and Co is that they have failed not only to properly train their staff, but done it with the horrifying negligent consistency that makes me wonder what else they are missing? Maybe the cooks don't ALWAYS cook the food to safe temperatures? Oh wait, that happens to. My roommate got a dish with RAW shrimp. So if you REALLY need noodles for a meal that you aren't going to cook, I heavily implore, no, BEG you to spend the extra money and go to a sit down restaurant where the food will be COOKED and dish will have EVERYTHING that it is supposed to. Or, if you REALLY can't afford that and you absolutely NEED some sort of pasta for your meal, I would say that banging your head against a concrete wall until the brain damage makes you not want pasta any more is a better idea than continuing to give money to Noodles...
Read moreWas in this location this afternoon with my mom and my 11 month old daughter who has a peanut allergy. As I do not know how you prepare food and I know some of your dishes have peanuts in them I had mentioned to the cashier that my daughter has a peanut allergy and wanted to make sure that her food would not come in contact with any peanuts or food preparing items (pots, pans etc) that have also had peanuts in them. She explained that the noodles are just dropped in water and then put into the kids tray but she put a note on the order just to be safe. When the order went through to the cooks I could hear one of the guys state with an attitude towards the cashier that there are no peanuts in the Mac & Cheese and she then stated she put the note because of my concern. I then over heard when walking by the counter again the same individual state "here is your Mac & Cheese with peanuts" when he sat our food on the counter. I understand he probably thought it was funny, but having a daughter that has a potentially dangerous allergy I do not find it funny and believe food allergies of every kind should be taken seriously! Not ok!!! Also my noodles were not very warm to the point it did not melt my cheese....

Tried the chicken soup. Small serving is $2.50. Very good flavor. No crackers offered, or received with my order, no spoon either, but luckily I had one.
Tried an Asian Apple Citrus (with Chicken) salad, too. Pricey but was willing to try it. Good flavor, chicken was just right in flavor. The size seemed small for the price. Asked for the larger 'regular' salad, but to me it seemed like a wide plate. Not deep, so looks like there's more than there really is. At most, this salad was a small to medium - not large. (The picture on the menu looked like a bigger, deeper bowl. Very deceiving, in my opinion.) No utensils, again.
Looked back at the menu later, I guess I was supposed to ask for the utensils. No napkins in the bag. Asked for a side of soy sauce. Got a different, thick, hazy, citrus flavored sauce in a little cup w a lid. No soy in the bag.
Website worked great. As soon as I texted I'd arrived at the restaurant parking lot, a man came out with my order and brought...
