A Truly Unmatched Experience at Panda Express
I’ve eaten at plenty of Chinese restaurants, but nothing—and I mean nothing—has ever come close to the experience I had at Panda Express. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The woman at the register didn’t just hand me my card—she looked me in the eyes with genuine warmth. It was a small gesture, but it made a big impact. You don’t get that kind of personal touch at places like HotWok or McDonald’s.
And then… the food. Wow. The chow mein and fried rice were beyond incredible. The texture was perfect—light, flavorful, with just the right amount of bite. Each forkful was packed with flavor, and it honestly blew me away. HotWok couldn’t dream of matching the quality, the freshness, or the balance of flavor that Panda Express delivered.
I’m not a certified food critic, but I know a great meal when I have one—and this was unforgettable. If I could give it more than five stars, I would. Panda Express, you’ve earned a solid 10...

Absolute atrocious customer service. Upon pulling up to order, I was offered to try something from their menu but because the poor quality of the drive thru speaker, I didn’t understand what was said and asked them to repeat. Her tone immediately changes and rudely asks what I want. I ask for the 3 entrees, 1 side. The side is only rice or stir fry, which I didn’t know and am met with a fierce attitude that my order is wrong because I wanted rangoons. I ask for a side of rice + rangoons which leads to more confusion. Her attitude gets worse and keeps saying “I just said this…”
I place my full order and I ask to have the order repeated back to which I’m met with the reply “we just went over this.” Okay, can I not verify? Well, even with my incredibly inconvenient request, she still gets my order wrong… apparently I ordered two entrees of rice and two sides of shrimp and chicken (as pictured) instead of the three entrees and a side of rice. This is why I was...
Read moreThe actual customer service of the employees is acceptable (although not notably good) during the day. The lack of options within the last 30 minutes of the store being open are atrocious. I tried to go through and order two items, both of which, to my understanding, are some of the most popular items on their menu: orange chicken and chow mein. I was told they were out of those for the night, and only had: fried rice, grilled teriyaki chicken, and mushroom chicken. In the 2 minutes I was in the parking lot/drive through, three other cars, not including myself, rolled up to the speaker box, found out what they were still serving, and left the line without purchasing anything. Clearly a huge loss of revenue for their business, not to mention a major disappointment as a customer. Many other food and drink establishments nearby continuously serve anything and everything on their menu until officially closed. I will be going to those restaurants moving...
