GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED.
Terrible customer service. Five times they have made mistakes - didn’t fax to doctors office, claim doctors office never faxed, we are busy and didn’t get to it. To try and make a long story shorter, I’ll shorten it as best I can. Took prescription to CVS in Target on Greenbelt Road at 10 am. They said it would be ready at 11. At 2:30 called to see if it was ready. Answer was no with no explanation of why it wasn’t ready. Asked to speak to pharmacist. No one ever came back on the line - who knew that after 15 minutes the recording stops and you get silence. Drove there, still on hold. Sandy, the pharmacist, was helping another customer. When it was finally my turn, I let her know I was not happy, no one ever picked up the phone, prescription not ready, fifth time this has happened and I didn’t want to hear her excuses. She asked me if I got a text saying it was ready? Uhh, no. Reason why I called and asked and was told no. She stated she was on the phone with a doctor’s office helping the customer for a long time (over 30 minutes she claims, doubt that.). I raised my voice and so did she. She kept telling me she was only one person with one mouth. I told her I didn’t want to hear her excuses and didn’t care what they were. She stated that the previous customer would not have cared about my prescription either. Asked for district manager name and number which she refused to give. Finally, she threw my prescription on the counter and proceeded to wait on another customer. Told her I wanted my prescription and name of district manager again. She informs me that my prescription has been ready all along. Really??? Then why no text and why did the clerk say it wasn’t ready??? Someone is not telling the truth. She had no answer to those questions. Wonder why??? Got my prescriptions and again asked for district manager name and number. She then goes behind the counter where they usually are filling prescriptions and I see her make a call and hear her telling someone on the other end that she is only one person with one mouth. She comes back and states she just verified that she cannot give me the name and number of the district manager. She is not allowed. Told her I would try to get it another way and left. As an aside, I was trying to find an email for corporate on CVS web site and couldn’t find one. CVS also had a rating of 1.7 out of 5. This says a lot about how a...

The pharmacist on duty tool me that l don't have a refilled, so she send a fax to my primary care. On the 25th of September 2024 at about 2.30pm, l visited my doctor and she told me that l have a refill for the Ibuprofen on the system and she was wondering why the pharmacy couldn't refill for me.and why the DexcomG6 transmitter has not been processed and given to me, so she wrote another one. On getting to CVS Target. A slim nice young lady came to me and l told her what my doctor said about my refills. And she ask if l can wait to collect the Ibuprofen in a 15 minute wait time, which l oblige. I went doing window shopping, came back in about 10 minutes. While l was waiting not block the line, but by the head of the shelf, the pharmacist shouted at me not to block the line. She was very rude and disrespectful. I said to her that am not on the line, and that she very disrespectful with her comments. She said go to hell. I told her that l have not done anything to warrant her insult and rudeness. She call me fool and l questions her upbringing. I told her that l was going to report her to the management. She said she doesn't care. An elderly man who was on the line was very displeased with the pharmacist and he told me not to pay her no mind. I have been picking up my drugs in CVS Target for the past 8years without any confrontation. She said that she will not sent the request for my DexcomG6 transmitter. My doctor had earlier made this request for me since July, up till this day...
Read moreHad my doctor call in prescription on Friday. Here it is 3 days later still no medication though charged for it. I specifically asked for expedited and said I would pay for it all she said was "Yeah". I assumed I got it. Nope! They put my antibiotics in the regular mail. While my infection gets worse and I get sicker I call them their only suggestion is to come and pick it up. My car is out of order and I am sick. So I would have to take a taxi there and back if I wanted to do that. She says now "You did not ask for Shipt" But I did ask many times for Shipt and said I would pay...
