Belltone is a very good company. When I first got hearing aids back in 2021 Belltone has been exceptional. They would always call to confirm and remind regarding appointments, they would come to me home to do in house visits, and they would keep up with and inform me of when to expect changes and what changes they are. However....... Recently, over the past few months, Belltone has been extraordinarily quiet, and absent from notifications and services. I can no longer just stop by in case of an emergency. The days that the hearing aid specialist is there is different from before, which has upset the smooth schedule that I was working with in previous years. The front office lady, is very nice but is very quick to tell you that she doesn't have access to all the information regarding your hearing aids. I realize fully that there have been some staffing changes, and it the employees prerogative to seek another occupation which better serves them. However I am just a bit upset because it doesn't appear to be following the same codes of courteous and conduct as before. Read moreI hesitated getting hearing aid for years, then I decided to stop in at Greenfield Beltone, was met by the receptionist, Jameson, she was very helpful, the Technician named Dillon appeared from the back office where he was with another customer, he greeted me and stated he would be happy to make an appointment and come in to discuss my hearing. I came in the next day and Dillon was very helpful with all my questions and issues, he gave me a hearing test, I was not aware how bad my hearing was. He showed and explained several models and pricing. I did decide to make a purchase. All said, Best decision I ever made, don’t having to ask people to repeat what they say is a great feeling. Read moreYesterday I was promised by Jaimeson that I would not have to pay out of pocket for the upgrade of my hearing aid. Since my issues I had from my first appointment on June 10. I went back today and Kyle told me that I will have to pay to upgrade hearing aid.
This is not my first set of hearing aid o owe. I been using my old ones for seven years and the technology in them are better than the ones I just received. I am very disappointed in the hearing aid I have now.
At my fist appointment I was fitted for $5000 hearing aids. I told the I couldn’t afford them. Would my insurance pay for part of them or coins I use the money towards them. I was told no.
