I’ve had some bad food before but the meal I was served on June 16th 2023 at the Greenfield IN BW3 location was easily on my Mt. Rushmore of bad meals. First, we waited nearly an hour between ordering and being served. I don’t understand what the problem could have been as there seemed to be plenty of servers and few occupied tables. Then when we were served, my wife’s salad, which was supposed to be a chicken Caesar according to the menu just came out dry with no dressing. The flavor of my wings was ok, but on the 3rd wing…just look at the picture. Those are FEATHERS still stuck to the wing. I looked at the rest and several had the same issue. It was all I could do to stop myself from being sick at the table. They remade my wife’s salad, and took the wings off of our order, so at least there was that. I still tipped because none of that was the waitress fault. She can’t make the kitchen faster and she can’t make them prepare and serve higher quality food.

I placed my order through the app. We didn't get our drinks, our ranch, and my chicken dippers weren't tossed in orange sauce. The deal that we ordered was the Pick 6... we do not live in Greenfield we live in Morristown. Luckily, we caught it before we drove all the way home. We had to go back to get our drinks and ranch but when we did get home my chicken fingers were dry and the french fries tasted like cardboard. No salt. And when I tried to order the potato wedges they were unavailable. Are you kidding me? And your app also offers no option to upgrade the side on the Pick 6 anyway. There were also no napkins or silverware in our to go bag. I had six free boneless wings as a birthday coupon that I used for this order and that was the only thing that was right. Little did they know though, I gave that to my husband so he enjoyed that because it was right. So the birthday girl got the short end of the stick. Happy Birthday to me! 🤬

One wing in - & my lips and mouth started burning like fire!!! I checked the box sticker and sure enough … super hot and spicy WILD in place of the mild. I also paid xtra for cheese topping on my wedges & didn’t get that either. I haven’t been in for nearly a year because it’s such an issue with orders being messed up and/or taking forever to receive it… Thought I would give it a shot again & now I remember why I don’t go to Bdubs anymore. šŸ˜’

I went to this location again and both the waitress and manager were so rude I couldn't believe it. The moment the waitress came up she acted like she was annoyed. I ordered nachos for my toddler and asked for the peppers to be taken off. I also said, "oh the queso is probably hot too, can I get that on the side?" Then when the nachos came, there are huge chunks of jalapeno in the pico. I knew there was pico on it, but it was so spicy he couldn't eat the nachos. When we finally tracked her down, I apologized and said I didn't know the pico was also spicy and he couldn't eat them. She just kind of was like yep they are. I was just kind of surprised she offered absolutely no help or solution to the issue. I hoped she would offer to get us ones that didn't have pico (it would just be chips, chicken, and sour cream) but she didn't. She just kept saying it says there's pico on the menu. My husband said could we just get some plain chips then? And she said she would TRY to get some. Like what?? Why is that an issue? I finally said can I talk to the manager to see if she will give us some chips and chicken so my kid can eat? She said she would see but she was currently cooking and she didn't know. So now she's acting like it's a big favor for me to speak to the manager? When the manager came out, she came up and immediately said it says on the menu there is pico but she would do it for me one time, even though it's not company policy. She was more rude than the waitress. I'm still flabbergasted, like I get it was sort of my mistake for assuming the pico was just tomatos and onions, but any other place would see we didn't eat them and just bring the thing we need to feed my 2 year old. My dad was a waiter for 28 years and would have said "oh the pico is hot by the way!" When I ordered it or would have gotten the right thing without question if it was his table. I will never be back in there again, there was zero customer service except for the food runner guy who was...

Decided to use BW3 for a company lunch for about 50 people. Came in on Sunday to place the order for a Friday 1130a pickup. The ā€˜ā€™managerā€ ( only bc I’m not sure if she was one or not, who took my order seemed to not know how much I should I order based on party size. Ok, fine, I can deal with that. Placed the order and she stated I’d pay when I pick up. Cool. Arrived on Friday at 11:20 topick up the order. Gave my name and was told it wasn’t ready and it was going to be picked up at 1130. No big deal. I was early and I’ll wait. Staff ignore me for 20 min in the pickup order area. At 1145a someone came and said it wasn’t ready. They were waiting on the mac and cheese and wedges. At noon, a manager came and said that her and another manager came in early and noticed the other manager didn’t ā€˜drop’ the complete order and they were finishing it. So now I’ve been here 50 min (or 40 min from pick up time). If this was a last minute order, I’d understand the delay. Not 5 days. I choose this location as I figured a Hancock business doing business at another Hancock county business would be good. I could’ve went to Pendleton Pike or 116th and Olio Road. Maybe their service would’ve been better. Maybe WingStop or Ale Emporium would’ve been more prompt. I don’t know. I do know that I won’t use the Greenfield BW3 any longer.

Addendum: While I appreciate the pre-canned responses to complaints, I decided to send something to the website. Their response was comical. Their resolution to a 1.5hr wait was 500 blazin rewards points. After spending 600$, and getting those 500 points, it will be hard to choose between chips and salsa, Red Bull or loaded ice cream. Thanks sooo much Buffalo Wild...

This was by far the worst experience at BDubs PERIOD. It was lunch 12pm. One server. Hostess tried sitting us the bar. We asked for a booth. There were only 3 tables with guests. It took over 40 minutes for 10 wings and fries. Lunch break is an hour. Tried asking the hostess to check on my food for her to say ā€œI’m just the cashier you’ll have to wait for your serverā€ as she literally stood at the stand doing NOTHING. Guests continued to come in, only half the dining room was being sat. Instead of the hostess cleaning tables off as customers left, she turned away 4 families due to ā€œa waitā€ I had to get up and find the server to check on my food, she said ok and continued to place another order for a couple of minutes. When she checked on my food- it CLEARLY was in the window waiting to be brought out because she brought it to me. Not to my surprise the food was warm. Warm from being under a heat lamp, not because it was just prepared. Fries aren’t any good once they are cold, but these were even worse due to the oil I imagine, tasted like hush puppies/onions. 1 Pepsi was brought to my table. Same watered down Pepsi that was brought 40 minutes before the meal. Server didn’t bring a fresh one or even ask for refill. Server NEVER came back to check in, I imagine due to being embarrassed by having me have to ask for my food. That did NOT make the experience any better. Server never brought the check so I figured since the hostess is ā€œonly the cashierā€ that she could at-least cash me out. NOPE wrong again- she had to find my sever. Staff seem not to be very knowledgeable, or motivated, and lack taking initiative in making guest experience better. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will not be back to...
