I went to this location again and both the waitress and manager were so rude I couldn't believe it. The moment the waitress came up she acted like she was annoyed. I ordered nachos for my toddler and asked for the peppers to be taken off. I also said, "oh the queso is probably hot too, can I get that on the side?" Then when the nachos came, there are huge chunks of jalapeno in the pico. I knew there was pico on it, but it was so spicy he couldn't eat the nachos. When we finally tracked her down, I apologized and said I didn't know the pico was also spicy and he couldn't eat them. She just kind of was like yep they are. I was just kind of surprised she offered absolutely no help or solution to the issue. I hoped she would offer to get us ones that didn't have pico (it would just be chips, chicken, and sour cream) but she didn't. She just kept saying it says there's pico on the menu. My husband said could we just get some plain chips then? And she said she would TRY to get some. Like what?? Why is that an issue? I finally said can I talk to the manager to see if she will give us some chips and chicken so my kid can eat? She said she would see but she was currently cooking and she didn't know. So now she's acting like it's a big favor for me to speak to the manager? When the manager came out, she came up and immediately said it says on the menu there is pico but she would do it for me one time, even though it's not company policy. She was more rude than the waitress. I'm still flabbergasted, like I get it was sort of my mistake for assuming the pico was just tomatos and onions, but any other place would see we didn't eat them and just bring the thing we need to feed my 2 year old. My dad was a waiter for 28 years and would have said "oh the pico is hot by the way!" When I ordered it or would have gotten the right thing without question if it was his table. The āāmanagerā ( only bc Iām not sure if she was one or not, who took my order seemed to not know how much I should I order based on party size. Ok, fine, I can deal with that. Placed the order and she stated Iād pay when I pick up. Cool. Arrived on Friday at 11:20 topick up the order. Gave my name and was told it wasnāt ready and it was going to be picked up at 1130. No big deal. I was early and Iāll wait. Staff ignore me for 20 min in the pickup order area. At 1145a someone came and said it wasnāt ready. They were waiting on the mac and cheese and wedges. At noon, a manager came and said that her and another manager came in early and noticed the other manager didnāt ādropā the complete order and they were finishing it. So now Iāve been here 50 min (or 40 min from pick up time). If this was a last minute order, Iād understand the delay. Not 5 days. I choose this location as I figured a Hancock business doing business at another Hancock county business would be good. I couldāve went to Pendleton Pike or 116th and Olio Road. Maybe their service wouldāve been better. Maybe WingStop or Ale Emporium wouldāve been more prompt. I donāt know. I do know that I wonāt use the Greenfield BW3 any longer.
Addendum: While I appreciate the pre-canned responses to complaints, I decided to send something to the website. Their response was comical. Their resolution to a 1.5hr wait was 500 blazin rewards points. After spending 600$, and getting those 500 points, it will be hard to choose between chips and salsa, Red Bull or loaded ice cream. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was by far the worst experience at BDubs PERIOD. It was lunch 12pm. One server. Hostess tried sitting us the bar. We asked for a booth. There were only 3 tables with guests. It took over 40 minutes for 10 wings and fries. Lunch break is an hour. Tried asking the hostess to check on my food for her to say āIām just the cashier youāll have to wait for your serverā as she literally stood at the stand doing NOTHING. Guests continued to come in, only half the dining room was being sat. Instead of the hostess cleaning tables off as customers left, she turned away 4 families due to āa waitā I had to get up and find the server to check on my food, she said ok and continued to place another order for a couple of minutes. When she checked on my food- it CLEARLY was in the window waiting to be brought out because she brought it to me. Not to my surprise the food was warm. Warm from being under a heat lamp, not because it was just prepared. Fries arenāt any good once they are cold, but these were even worse due to the oil I imagine, tasted like hush puppies/onions. 1 Pepsi was brought to my table. Same watered down Pepsi that was brought 40 minutes before the meal. Server didnāt bring a fresh one or even ask for refill. Server NEVER came back to check in, I imagine due to being embarrassed by having me have to ask for my food. That did NOT make the experience any better. Server never brought the check so I figured since the hostess is āonly the cashierā that she could at-least cash me out. NOPE wrong again- she had to find my sever. Staff seem not to be very knowledgeable, or motivated, and lack taking initiative in making guest experience better. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will not be back to...
