This place doesn't disappoint. That said, it is a little bit different than your typical dine in restaurant.
I recommend building your own bowl. They give you a bowl and a card asking what starch you want with your name and table number. You then go through a buffet like experience where you load your bowl with fresh veggies you want. Then you can decide what meats you want and how much. After that you can add your choice of spices and how much you want. Then you add some sauces you want in little serving cups. Then you leave your tray and bowl for the cooks to grab. They will then bring you a large red bowl with your cooked food.
They do have a all you can eat option for dining in only for a few dollars more, but if you fill your initial bowl, that is plenty.
