I bought 310 dollars worth of jewelry from this place and decided to return it. The lady at the front said that they could not do cast returns over 200 and that I would receive a check in the mail in no later than two weeks. Fast forward 2 weeks and no check so I call and the same lady told me oh most times it 3 weeks I was like ok itâs just a little late cool. Then 3 weeks come around still no check I call furious and it takes her 3 hours to contact customer service With this place just for them to say they are resending it. So I was like ok good problem solved nope 3 more weeks pass by and still no check!!!!!!!! So I try to get in contact with Customer service and I literally left my phone there with music playing for 3 hours and no answer. So I call her again and it takes her forever to contact them also all to find out that the excuse now is that they âspelled my address wrongâ so they sent it again. And since then here I am now no check no money back that I work very hard for single mom of 2 and in February I have to pay for my school and that money would help a lot.
