i came in and purchased a necklace and bracelet from the color bar, my mother had got a few things and checked out a few moments before i did and the lady that checked her out was as helpful as can be and even went as far as to wrap her items up in the gift boxes. the lady that was checking my mom out told her about their free gift promotion going on, when you spend $100 you get a select free necklace or pair of earrings. i only knew of this promotion because my mom told me before she exited the store. so once i was done at the color bar and went to check out, Gianna was quite rude and not very helpful at all. she asked if i found everything ok but never asked if i had an account with them, i do. i had to ask her before paying if she could put my email address in before completing my transaction. i also had to ask her about the promotion because she failed to notify me of so even tho my total was $149. and instead of putting my necklace onto one of those holders that keep it from getting tangled, she just put the necklace into the dust bag by itself where the chain would end up in a cluster of knots had i not said anything about it to her. i also happened to goto this location last weekend to purchase a christmas gift for someone and had Gianna check me out then as well. i had a similar experience where they were having another promotion of these velvet jewlery boxes for $10, Gianna again failed to mention this to me. i only knew of this promotion because i heard the young lady beside her tell another guest. moral of the story, GET RID OF GIANNA ! i will continue to shop here, i just will not complete any purchases with...

I mentioned to my husband last November that my favorite nurse wears KS a lot and I thought it was so pretty. He told me that they're nice and we'll see. For mother's Day on our way to the mountains after lunch he and our children gifted me a KS Ari heart!!!!!! It was and still is absolutely perfect, flawless and I'm so happy with his purchase. I purchased in November the Lindy Rae necklace in memory of such a beautiful young woman. The necklace now holds my heart so much more as my mother's birthstone is garnet and she got called to Heaven as well near Christmas of 2024. There's not a day that goes by that I don't look at my necklace and a flood of beautiful memories of my Mama flood into my mind and it's like a hug. This location has by far been my WORST experience shopping through Kendra Scott. The customer service completely determined my group’s decision NOT to purchase an item. While things may have been out of stock, we were extremely understanding but we’re treated with the upmost disrespect while we were asking questions on what our options were to purchase a similar/matching item. There was a lack of communication skills and during our time, there were 3 other groups that chose to leave without buying after making an inquiry as well.
