Had a serious craving for some good New York-style pizza and after seeing Olivia’s Pizza rocking a 4.9 rating, I had to give them a shot. Ordered the #9 LG Astoria Veggie—no broccoli, extra mushrooms, extra cheese—plus two lemon mascarpone cakes. Initially tried to get it delivered (not something I usually do), but after a few hiccups online I just opted for takeout.

Surprised me when I realized they were nearly 10 miles away, but let me tell you—it was absolutely worth the drive. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and the crust was spot-on perfect. And those lemon mascarpone cakes? Unreal. Light, tangy, and just the right amount of sweet.

They told me it’d be ready in 15–20 minutes, and I got a text saying it was ready in just 10. Nice surprise. Even picked up some reward points for the order.

The place is super clean, looks like it’s a newer location, and they double-checked my order at checkout—asked if I needed anything else, which was a professional touch.

I review TONS of restaurants from all over, but this place takes a spot on my TOP 10 places!!! Not only super friendly staff & owner, but the pizza is just spectacular!!! The crust is thin & crisp & baked to absolute perfection with lots of fresh toppings!! They offer pizza, calzones desserts & more! If you dare get a calzone, plan to take some home or have someone to share with. They're huge! Take-out highly recommended as there is only a single table with a few chairs for indoor dining. We just had the best experience at the new Olivia's Pizza on S. Pleasantburg! We got the white pizza and the absolutely delectable Washington Heights pizza (cupped pepperoni, fresh basil, parmigiano, and EVOO). The crust is perfectly thin and crispy with just the right amount of softness. A DoorDash guy came in to pick up some pizza to deliver, and the owner gifted him two slices just to try. I thought that was so sweet! Also, I didn't realize that there was nowhere to sit yet, but they brought us a table and tablecloth so we could sit down and enjoy our pizza. He also gave us a free order of cannoli. I am a cannoli snob, and I can tell you they are crispy and delicious!...
