This used to be a great place but no more. Within the last year, I bought a piece of furniture, and the dock employee helped me get it in my car. I just bought another piece, drove from my home in Georgia, and arrived to find out there is no one to help me. They did not tell me I needed to bring someone, last time I didn’t need to bring anyone, and they proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not asking. I expected the same scenario as last time. They were so incredibly rude and unapologetic. I would think, at the very least, the would be sorry it happened and wished they had told me. No, they just kept saying how I should have asked. A little kindness and customer service would have gone a long way. Now I will be driving out again from Georgia tomorrow. Their poor attitude must be why a quarter of their spaces are empty. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING...

The front line people are unwelcoming. Poor customer service skills. Was in Sunday waiting at the register and the old guy at the counter did not acknowledge us or have the courtesy to say he was doing a contract and we should you to the other line. The girl in that spot had no personality. It was the worst experience ever in a cluster like that. Foolishly I went back on Tuesday to pick something up. The blonde at the door was waiting never told anybody there would be a late opening because the Police were there. I guess simple Communication is out of her realm. I spotted the piece I wanted to purchase. I stood the better of five minutes waiting for help getting it down. 4 employees stood there and did nothing. You lost a big sale. HUGE, HUGE, HUGE shout out to Laura Swartz at Westside Market! She was absolutely FABULOUS while helping my husband and me pick out and arrange for delivery of our new dining room table, bench, and chairs. She is so knowledgeable and explained the wood is from the "monkey pod" tree in Thailand. She went into great detail about the wood and how the piece was made. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The set is so unusual and just exquisite. We're absolutely thrilled!
