Pretty clothes but rude and unprofessional manager. The store closes at 7 on a Saturday (which makes no sense) but after waiting almost and hour on a open fitting room I was only able to try on 1 dress because they started yelling “ if you’re not out of here in five minutes the register automatically shuts down and you can’t purchase anything. Every time I come here the same manger is rushing customers out the store and rejecting sales of other customers even if they come in at 6:59. I’ve never seen a store turn down as many purchases as this store does. The last time I stayed and counted how many ppl where turned away and /or rushed out of the dressing room to leave and it was more than 25 groups of customers. This has to be a family owned company and if so don’t go. There a store just like it down the hall with the exact same items but even cheaper and they...

I purchased cash 2 dresses just two days ago to try at home Bc they didn’t have open fitting room. and wanted to return it today because they didn’t fit on me. I went to store literally 3 times today and everytime when I go there they said they don’t have enough money in their register to refund my money. It’s totally unprofessional. You can’t send the customer unsatisfied. I’m also manager at the store at the mall and what we do is refund their money even if the register go minus. Because it will pull up itself either end of the day or next day. What if I’d be someone who can just go today. Or have to leave tonight?! I will go see tomorrow what they gonna tell...

This was my first visit with my friend.

We met the new store manager “Bre” she was extremely professional and friendly!

The whole styling and catering to my friend while she shopped was refreshing. And then there was the dreaded register… well again I was pleasantly surprised! The prices are wallet friendly and I like the style of clothes Bre helped my friend pick out.

My friend was beyond satisfied but I think would have had a better time if her girlfriends where with her.

It is worth a girls shopping trip!

I am Jealous, men don’t get this kind of attention, I have had custom suits made but that service doesn’t compare to Windsor...
