Updating this as of 5.26.23 my latest visit. Taking off 2 points for the following reasons:
Flies: I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and displeasure regarding the unacceptable conditions I encountered during my recent visit to your Phillipsburg, NJ location. Not only was the food overpriced, but the presence of numerous flies in the restaurant was utterly appalling. Such a lack of cleanliness and hygiene is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. I must inform you that I intend to report this matter to the Department of Sanitation if immediate action is not taken to rectify the situation.
Bathrooms: How do employees wash their hands with no soap available? I am removing a point to express my profound dismay regarding the unclean state of the bathrooms at your establishment. Moreover, I was utterly dismayed to discover the absence of soap for handwashing, which presents a grave health hazard. I respectfully urge you to take immediate measures to rectify these unhygienic conditions.
Waiting time: Deep frustration regarding the excessive waiting time and the subsequent incorrect order I experienced during my recent visit. Had I not been subjected to such a prolonged wait, I would not have ventured to the bathroom where I discovered the unclean conditions. I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly to ensure a more satisfactory dining experience for your customers. I have had the privilege of being a loyal customer at this particular Burger King for the past two years, where I have had the pleasure of knowing Joe, an extraordinary leader of considerable talent. As a Vice President of Sales at a large corporation, I frequently treat my esteemed associates to Burger King, and Joe's unwavering commitment to ensuring our orders are correct and providing exceptional service has truly stood out. Joe possesses a remarkable ability to engage with customers on a deeper level, going beyond the superficial "do you want ketchup with that," demonstrating a profound understanding of their unique needs and the power to transform company cultures. I was deeply moved when Joe personally offered to assist me in carrying five bags of food to my car for my hardworking employees during my last visit. Ā Ā Ā Read moreNo one in restaurant yet had to wait 15min for grub hub order only one that seemed remotely interested in asking if we needed help was a young man running to stock up ice at least 4 trips with heavy ice, he stopped long enough to ask if he could help nothing was made for this order NOTHING and yet no one was in drive thru or restaurant..a young family, mom n 2 small kids, were finishing up their meal. When I was looking back where burgers were being put together the woman was using her pereonal cell phone while standing there... I ran back to my car so my hands were free when the food was done and talk to passenger with me went back in stood another 6 min, when Kevin tried to give me a bag of food without milkshake, I said I needed a vanilla milkshake with this order my correction seemed to have aggravated him.. He slowly went over to shake machine and when he FINALLY got the shake in the cup said he needed the order confirmed I said it was in the car but I would go out and tell the person with the phone to confirm I order which I did and he did,.and showed it to him but he wouldn't even look at the phone. Finally he put the I order on the counter asked if I confirmed it I said I did but this time he wanted to see the phone,...went back out and brought the phone in and showed the screen he didn't even look i asked him if he saw that i verified the order. He told me he didnt have to answer my questions..... I asked for his name told me he didn't have to tell me it was on his tag,.... and then proceeded to curse at me and tell me to get my teeth fixed ...mind you I am 64yrs old with stage 4 colorectal cancer have been thru 5 doses of chemo 4 surgeries different radiation and trial drugs thru fox chase when I started I had perfect teeth but thanks to chemo and forced medical conditions that prevent me from working I no longer have dental coverage to do anything about the side effects of cancer which was to lose every single tooth .....to sit and say this to someone trying to make a few bucks to pay for utilities is absolutely appalling and completely š¢ out of line over a fast food order that I will never accept to deliver again so not worth the humiliation and hassle to deliver, the fact that it took 40min to get a simple order when there wasn't anyone in the drive thru or eating area was crazy at 630pm on a Sunday evening there should have been some business in this store but it was deserted, I sure understand why seeing the dude of this young...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this Burger King recently and ordered an egg- normous burrito. They asked me to pull up to the front and they would bring it out to me. I waited about five minutes or soā¦but when he came to the car, he handed me a tiny bag that was very light. He saidā¦we didnāt have the enormous burrito (which was close to nine dollars) that I already paid for, so we made you two small burritos. The two small burritos are like $2.66 each, or something like that. There burritos are much smaller. That bothered me because they didnāt give me an option as to what I wanted to do. Plus, if I originally purchased two small burritos at $2.66 apiece, it would have only costed me close to six bucks. Itās not the money. Itās the principle of the thing, and I probably should not have been eating it anyway ā¦so maybe it was a good thing that I got two smaller ones. But not only that but the food was cold! And , I gave the guy a $4 tip to boot cause I thought he was bringing me out what I originally ordered and I was happy and I appreciated it. I personally am all about the principal of the thing!
