Smoker's Paradise — Local services in Greenwood

This has been my favorite store for some time, but I have had to change my review. I purchased a Daze ohmlet yesterday and realized when I got home that when you hit it, it stays on and burns the juice, then it times out and won't work for several minutes after. This is not only burning off all the liquid inside, but it's likely a safety concern because it doesn't turn off until the battery gets too hot (anybody ever hear of a battery exploding?) I took it back to the store and they would only trade for one exactly the same. I pulled it out and tested it right there and it immediately did the same thing. I was told that I couldn't exchange it for something safe, even after all the money I spend here weekly. So I'm stuck with a dangerous item and have to find a new vape store at the same time....

Vaping is terrible yes- but idk a single person who likes or wants to smell like an ashtray. So here we are, lol… after visiting half the places that sell a nice selection of disposables I keep returning to this location. Two reasons: 1. Not over priced 2. I never feel rushed…. I KNOW it has got to be annoying to those who work within these places waiting on people to just make up their mind, but I appreciate being ignored while I choose rather than being stared down as if I should be ready to check out by the second step within the store… also, not being hit on is a major plus… a few locations staff some real creeps, that’s the fastest way to lose out on business, I refuse to send anyone to those locations. This one is safe, welcoming, always clean, never rushed environment....

I purchased two packs of backwoods from them and when I got home I realized one of then were stale and broken when I opened the pack…. No biggie I thought i would just drive back up there to exchange the other UNOPENED pack i had and it caused all type of issues!! I had came into the store from out of the rain and the Indian woman decides to criticize the pack saying that its wet! Like duh didnt i just come from outside where its was raining ? So the white girl proceeds to come over and act like im being aggressive! All i asked for was to swap the UNOPENED pack out. Yall were so focused on telling me what I CANT do yall weren’t even listening to me. Definitely going to find another smoke shop in the area and its sad because this one...
