Workers are so rude if asked to change something. I go in here all the time for a plain bagel with plain cream cheese literally JUST cream cheese & you think you couldn’t mess something so simple up. The amount of cream cheese I receive on my bagel is ridiculous to the point I am scraping mounds off with my finger, I started asking for light cream and that seems to be an issue every time. Are there not standards for how much cream cheese goes on a bagel? I always either get WAY to much or barely anything when I ask for light. I’m not putting the cream cheese on myself when I come in and pay you guys to do it, it’s not that hard. Today I went & I don’t usually get a drink but I got an italian soda. When the lady handed me it I asked where the lids were she looked at me and said “right behind you” and turned around with an attitude. I tried a sip of it and it tasted like straight carbonated soda. When I asked for more flavor the lady literally laughed at me and said “that was 5 pumps”. I don’t understand why your employees are so bitter all the time. Every single time I come in one girl in particular is usually working the register always is in a bad mood. What happened to saying have a good day after taking and order or thank you? The girl working the register today was so kind which was nice for a change. She was very nice when I asked for light cream cheese and made sure it was good. Pics are from previous visits.

Jazzy Bagels is a staple in downtown Gresham, offering delicious and fresh bagels and smears! I’ve never had a bad bagel here, with my favorite being cheddar. Buying the bagels themselves can seem spendy at over $2/bagel, but they are worth it! They will also slice them for you. I also got the Classic Breakfast with Bacon on a cheddar bagel, which was tasty. Some of the staff seem a little snobby, but most of them are nice. When you go here, you will order at one counter where the bagels are. They will hand you an order receipt, which you take down to the register to pay for. You will then either stand or sit to wait for your order, which they should call out your name. It can get pretty busy.

Had a wonderful stop for lunch today. I had the pizza bagel adding pepperoni, hubby had the bagel burger. Both were delicious. Even grabbed a few bagels for tomorrow. My one and only complaint is that one of the gals taking our order at the bagel area was incredibly rude and impatient. This was the second time I had encountered this rudeness, why I mentioned this. The food is worth it. Will definitely be back. Previously Purchased a loaf of the raspberry bread for french toast of course! Also made bread pudding super delightful and perfect flavor combo.

This is actually my first time here. The store seems nice and slightly smells of baked goods. They had nice music playing which i think was a little too loud. I also find it odd that it was being played live for a bagel location. It seems... Unnecessary? But nice nonetheless.

Overall the service was pretty good, and all staff treated us with much kindness and willingness to help. It seems like maybe they're trying out a new system in how they serve that seems a little too complex and out of order. The staff also seemed to be struggling slightly with the setup.

As for the food: bagels are of some of the better ones I've had in the area. It's not what I'm used to from New York but definitely worth a try. The breakfast sandwich I had was tasty, although the sausage was too salty. Even so I was able to enjoy it completly accompanied by egg and cheese on a buttered egg bagel. Their selection of cream cheese could be better but it is alright enough. The cream cheese is good but not really remarkable in any fashion. Just good ol cream cheese. The coffee was pretty good as well.

I'm struggling to leave this as a 4 star review because I think they're definitely headed for a 5 but i think the location could make some important reasonable changes to hit that mark.

I've returned here a few times and service has been much better. Since I'm travelling between Portland and Washington I haven't had time or ability to order a breakfast sandwich, but they have done a great job. The staff is still super nice and awesome. I think they're...

I was really disappointed with this bagel shop. The atmosphere is great but it seems extremely disorganized and getting a bagel sandwich should be pretty straightforward.

I don't live in the area but dropped in on a Sunday morning for breakfast. I walked over to the "Order" area and waited. As I was waiting someone walked in for a pickup order and it wasn't ready. She was still there when I left!

After a lot of people shuffling chaotically behind the counter, someone took my order. I ordered a $9 bagel sandwich with prosciutto and a smoothie but didn't want banana. Apparently they are "pre-packaged" so no custom order - fine by me should be faster!

10 minutes later someone arriving for their shift struggled with taking payment while chatting with a person that appeared to be a manager. Meanwhile, there are several people making food but no orders coming out for the handful of people waiting. I finally asked about my order and the cashier asked who was making it. What? Don't you have a process back there? How would I know? Apparently the person taking my order is responsible for making my smoothie and my sandwich and when she was asked, nope, smoothie was forgotten in the blender and sandwich not started.

25 minutes after I ordered I walked out with food. It wasn't until I arrive late to work that I realized they gave me a plain bagel. Super frustrating and won't...
