Customer service is always outstanding. This is the only place I shop for liquor. I’ve been super impressed over the years to see so many of the same friendly faces. It is highly unusual to see such a small turn around in employees especially in any kind of retail. A clear sign that this establishment not only takes great care of their workers but also their customers. They are always so friendly and helpful. Reading some of the negative comments which are minimal I see how petty and impatient some people are. If you need help just ask and they will be happy to help. Please don’t expect people to read your mind or hear your loud comments. With the way customer service is in so many establishments these days where so many people actually don’t care and ignore you deliberately the people there are breath of fresh air. They are not ignoring you! Thanks to all of the kind people who work hard everyday and have to deal with butt holes for continuing to keep your cool and keeping great attitudes. Good location, decent variety, good price-points, and helpful staff. The only 2 things I could recommend to get a 5* rating would be: 1. Have more box set options. Quite a bit of their products in store have box sets available for them. Most liquor stores will have your same bottle with a collector's cup / shot glass or other fun items. 2. More proactive staff. They can be helpful, but only if you go out of your way to get their attention. Even as 1 member was stocking a shelf next to me, I said to my wife (quite loudly) "I can't seem to find what I was looking for". When that happens twice in a row, it doesn't feel like the most welcoming environment. At any point in time, seeing a customer right next to you, you should give some type of friendly customer service. For example: "Good afternoon, was there anything in particular that you were looking for?" or even more casually "Hi, need help finding something?" Just show the customer that you are aware of their existence and wish to help...

I was at Hillcrest Ski and Sport picking up a few items and noticed the Greaham Liquor Store on the corner. I decided to look around and I am pleased that I did. I found an interesting bottle that was new to me. I asked a staff member about it and he told me the store owner would be able to tell me more. The owner came out and spent more than 5 minutes talking to me about that bottle and making addition recommendation as I asked more questions. The bottle was expensive so I explained I wanted to do a bit more reading before committing, but I was so sold on the store and staff that I wanted to come back and get a store pick at a minimum even if the original bottle that caught my eye was not worth my money, well I was back the next day. I purchased a few items to include the original bottle of interest. Ever staff member was cheerful and helpful. Their makers store pick is also very good! This is not the closest store to me, but I will be making an effort to support them and visit...
