Subway — Restaurant in Grove

I called in my order of about 5 sandwiches. The employee kept putting me on hold while he took my order. I patiently waited and got through with taking my order. Mind you it was 15min just to get my order taken. I love about 20 min out of town so I drove to get my sandwiches and drove home. I got home and opened my sandwiches. 2 of them where all wrong.. mustard on my meatball sandwich??? My cousin got tomatoes on his which he is allergic to. So I politely call the gentleman at the store and tell him. He then begins to argue with me saying he can not replace my order and that I must have told him wrong. I disagreed and told him that he shouldn't of been putting me on hold all those times then maybe this wouldn't happen. I Then got ahold of the manager Tina in the morning and she claims she can not replace my order because she has to have the sandwiches, so when her district manager can come in and count the mistakes later in the week. How r u going to keep customers sandwiches in the store for a week till your manager gets in. That's beyond gross. This is why I do not eat at any of the grove subways because they have the same...

Our incident happened at the Subway happened at the one on 3rd st in Grove, Oklahoma, but the Manager at this Subway is main Manager of both and was involved in this as well. Husband Got charged 40 bucks for 3 foot longs when they was given a coupon for 3 foot longs for 17.99. Husband got to the house & telling me about it and so I called them they refused saying they was never given coupon ( which I know better.) So then I speak with 2 managers and all they can say well the day is closed out now but I can give you one free foot long to satisfy you. No thanks I don’t believe you have a one that adds up to the 22 bucks that you over charged us! Plus the bread was far beyond fresh! It was very hard and the sandwich was so bland had no flavor at all!!! Both Subways in Grove, Oklahoma leave ALOT to be desired!!! I would not recommend...

Terrible service they were all over the place like they had absolutely no training and had not a single smile. I used to work at subway and this is horrible! Management isn’t doing their job!
