Do yourself a favor, go eat somewhere else. This Chick-fila is ridiculous. Extremely incompetent staff. This is the worst Chick Fila ive ever came too. Ive been coming here for over 1 year and they still have not gotten it together. Even after numerous phone calls to the managers.
It is extremely rare to receive everything that we ordered / (even when the order is even correctly prepared)
The chicken has not been consistent whatsoever. Sometimes it is PINK CHICKEN. After a few calls and in person confrontations with the managers. they finally seemed to get the chicken fully cooked. (this problem went on for about 6 months, then for a couple months we completely avoided coming here because of this, now we at least tried to give them another shot…. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
Curbside orders are a complete nightmare. We never get what we ordered / it is never prepared correctly.
ITS A CURBSIDE ORDER, NOT A “GO INSIDE 3 times to get your own order right, order” CANT BELIEVE THIS.
TEA/Lemonade drinks are always HORRIBLE. Super watered down like its been sitting in the cup for hours. Quality controls even down to the beverages is absolutely horrible.
The incompetent staff cannot handle the amount of business they get. Idek why this chick fila gets so much business. Everybody complains about the customer service in the hagerstown area.

Read moreGot screwed over at this location twice now. Turns out if you order hot food and a salad through the drive thru they overlook the salad. This has happened to me twice now. Maybe I should learn my lesson and check my food before I leave and travel 45 minutes home but this isn’t McDonalds right? The first time they missed my salad they offered me a reward code in the app for a free salad on my next visit. I don’t live near Chick-fil-A so it’s a treat in my family. By the time I went again the code was expired. This time I asked for a refund. A Cobb salad with extra chicken is well over $12. I just want my money back for the item I never received. The store offered me zero help. A manager wouldn’t even speak to me. An employee told me a refund was not possible. I called customer support. They offered some hope but unfortunately over a week later no call from the store at all. No refund. Not one care at all clearly. All they want to give me is a stupid coupon code again for a free salad on my next visit that yet again expires. This feels like fraud to me. A refund should be a simple request after a store screws something up. I wasn’t asking for my entire meal refunded. I just wanted the $12+ for the missing salad. Read moreI called in an order for a pan of Mac and cheese for my mother’s birthday party who is in a nursing home. Went to this location to get the order (that there we 20 minutes late giving me). Get to my mom’s party to start serving food and see that I have burnt food that I paid over $100 for. I don’t have time to deal with this in the actual moment because I’m hosting a party and have 2 parents that are in nursing homes. Once I get home I call the location to let them know about my experience, just to be told well what would you like us to do about it. Finally they let me know that if I can make it to their location within 1.5 hours that is the only way i would receive a refund. I live 25 miles from this location and have just hosted 30 plus people, can I just take care of this next week? No we only do same day refunds. Okay this is clearly not the right way to handle a customer that you have wronged. I called the corporate office and filled a Claim. Today which is 10 days since this happened I have yet to receive a refund. This is a company that makes millions and refuses to refund a customer who was given burnt overpriced food!
