Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hagerstown

I always had a pleasant experience with this taco bell until tonight. This is about the Manager. Jenny, tonight's Manager, refused to take my order at the window. I told her I screamed at the box & I couldn't hear them. And she proceeds to tell me everyone else could, okay, great for them , they can hear fine. I couldn't hear even when I yelled into the box. She said she could not take my order, which was nachos & a drink, because the screen would get wet & ruined. But proceeds to argue with me that I did not stop at the box & she cannot take my order at the window for almost 5 minutes. While keeping the window opened. She closes the window eventually & tells security to come out. Never in my life have I been as embarrassed as tonight at my local fast food place. I would like to think she did not get pleasure out of me practically begging her to put the nachos & drink in the computer. I called to get her Manager's contact, & proceeds to hang up after she thought she gave me the full contact information. I called back & she says I said said thank you, which I did not. Just maybe if there wasn't heavy rain, with heavy wind gusts, thunder, & lightening I could hear them at the box, but tonight I could not with the thunderstorm in...

I haven't had taco's for more than 6 years and needed to treat myself today and am I glad I did! The Taco Bell at 1600 Wesel Blvd Hagerstown Md gave me the most AWESOME Supreme Taco's that I actually called and told the manager how Awesome they were. "They're made with Love" was his reply and they TASTE like they're made with Love. I mean, beautiful tomatoes perfectly sliced, fresh cheese, perfect amount of lettuce and sourcream to meat ratio and CRISP taco shell = YUUUUM!!!! I think people don't say THANK YOU enough, too quick to complain - so THANK YOU TACO BELL 005141!!!!

2nd visit: I was having a cra@ppy day and decided to treat myself to Taco Bell. I visited the Wesel Blvd store #514 and Tremayne took my order and brought it to my table too! I am disabled, hurts to walk, but this young man was gracious enough to bring my order to me with a smile! My order, 3 Taco Supreme's, was AWESOME as always and I have been delighted to find that every visit has been Friendly and Filling....

I have ordered through door dash several times from here. The first few times was ok. But last three times always something missing. We were willing to give another chance but never again. We spend a lot of money on what we want. Always well over 50$. The problems are missing items. Missing meat. We had 4 tacos with no meat just lettuce and cheese not one drop of meat. We had 2 chicken quasidilla with no chicken. Crunch wraps that were flat as a pancake. No sauce packets. Missing nachos I can go on. This time nothing could be salvaged!!! Wasted money and everyone in the family still hungry and grouchy. It’s a shame. As in DoorDash credit you don’t even get close to what you should get which I should be refunded for whole meal when nothing really could be ate. This use to be one of my favorite Taco Bell’s and it’s been downhill for several months!!! Now spending even more money to feed everyone so we don’t kill each other...
