Tech & Co Cell Phone Repair — Local services in Hagerstown

After I had my screen repaired with Tech & Co I immediately started experiencing issues with my phone. The Touch ID and passcode would not work and resulted in me being locked out of my phone for hours on end because of so many failed passcode attempts. I brought it back a second time and the issue was still not fully resolved - in fact, it was even worse. I had to completely restore my phone because of so many failed attempts. The third time I brought it back, I ended up taking my phone somewhere else because they did not have a part in stock. Even though Tech & Co was willing to make accommodations for me; my phone was NEVER the same after it was serviced here and I actually ended up having to get a new one all together. If I'm paying $100+ for a screen repair I expect it to be done correctly the first time and not have to deal with the issue of being locked out of my phone. Terrible customer service and a lot of wasted time dealing with this place. Tried calling multiple times to set up an appointment and after he finally called me back said he could fix my phone for $120. I said ok and brought it in. 45 minutes later he said he couldn't fix it and had to order another part for it but that the part would arrive the next day. I tried calling like 4 times and he never called me back. I ended up taking my phone up to the phone repair kiosk at the mall and he fixed it perfectly for $20 less than this guy offered. If I would have known I would have gotten the runaround I wouldn't have wasted so much time trying to call or going back and forth to his business trying to get a hold of him. My iPhone 6s was no longer holding charges and shutting off at approximately 10-20% power remaining as well as over heating and dropping calls, randomly restarting etc. i called Tech and co. And took my phone in and explained all the symptoms and in less time that it took me to smoke a cigarette outside he had it repaired. I’m definitely going to refer all of my coworkers here as well as everyone else I know. In fact my sister’s phone needs repairs we are already going to take it to him.
