This is worst Corporate location of T-Mobile The female manager here is the worst example of who you don't want working for you. I watched an elderly lady in line in front of me get schooled and kicked out of this store because the old lady didn't understand T-Mobile just scammed her social security money from her and would not refund a purchase made just hours before. See this old lady lost her phone, went into store and bought a replacement phone, only to find her original lost phone. She was in line in front of me at the store trying to return her unused new phone in the box and pre paid service. This was just hours after making the phone purchase, and the female manager kicked out the old lady, she was crying, she said your not getting your money back, I don't care if you just bought it couple hours ago. You are stuck with it I watched the senior citizen leave in tears, followup with, don't come back I was there to get me a new phone and family plan for my 4 girls, but hell with this place.
