Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Half Moon Bay

An unexpected trip to El Granada and a pregnant wife's urgent need to use the restroom landed us in the shopping center of this Round Table Pizza. A 50 mile journey back home and 2 very hungry stomachs got us through the doors and seated in a booth.

This restaurant is big and it is clean, down to the toilet! I don't mind starting off with that-it stood out the most of all things here, yes, the restroom is very clean! Dining area is very large although separated into 4-6 sections, I assume that was done with large groups or parties in mind, so if you're looking for a place for a large group, sports team, or (pizza) party, this would be a great place! The staff was smiling and friendly and the food was delivered quickly, hot, and delicious! 2 personal pizzas, 2 drinks and 1 salad bar was $27 -if you know Round Table you know it isn't budget eating.

Next time I'm in Half Moon Bay and craving for a sit down pizza, I will definitely consider coming back here!...

Pizza was the greasiest...salad was so cold it was hard, no one came to check on us ever and we were there a long time while kids played games...it's definitely for young kids families...Mine were 13 and mostly drank a soda each which is rare for them,but even one child had a quarter size spot of grease on her head from her arm where the grease ran down and she didn't know when she rubed her forehead. That finished the pizza for them. Every fixture in the place is brown and old....I wonder if it's the economics of the area that keeps them from updating??? Perhaps folks feel like it's a family place so why bother??? Just was uncomfortable to sit there with 5 staff behind the counter and the place is so run down??? Maybe we just missed the best pizza?? In any case, I would wonder what keeps them in...

We just moved here and are checking out the local restaurants. Round Table Pizza is definitely a repeat. We loved the pizza! Crust is crispy on bottom with a bit of chewy dough above that - not too much. Sauce is delicious and toppings were spot on. Atmosphere covers several options so if you want sports bar, they've got several screens to watch plus a nice looking selection at the bar. Several dining rooms to choose from. One up front, middle one was where we ate, very cozy, and one close to the arcade room. Popular but not crowded. After school kids, and construction workers and families, all comfortable in different rooms. Several folks oohed and aahed when they saw our pizza box. The locals love it. We'll...
