First: this review is for the store in Valley Mall Hagerstown. I went in because i had lost a significant amount of weight. My fitters name began with an L but (forgive me) i can not remember. She was magnificent. Confident and proficient at her (overwhelming) job. She worked diligently and compassionately finding the proper fit and type for my new size. It took approximately 45 minutes to do this. Why? She did the initial fitting then went into the store to find 1-2 bras, brought them back to me, went to do the same for the other 1-2 current customers and would return to me. She would apologize each time for my wait. Although I knew she was working as fast and diligently as possible and I was moving closer to making a large investment. So the time was an investment. At about an hour and 15 minutes into the process she had 6 other customers who needed fittings and bras come in. She constantly asked for help. Another associate to simply run back and forth for bras. Which would have freed her up to stay in the back for fittings and adjustments. One inept young girl brought 1 bra and disappeared. Again she asked for help. To no avail. The last time i was given a bra i was left standing there for 20 minutes. I finally dressed and left. I never saw a salesperson or the fitter on my way back through the store. The last time I was in a store for that period of time was when I bought a new car. They not only lost a sizeable amount of sales that day but a lifelong customer as well. All because of inefficiency. Not on the fitters shoulders but managerial and supportive staffing. So sad. I wish i could remember her name so she could reep the glowing review. I believe it was Lindsay or close to that. Im notoriously bad with names and apologize. She receives 5 stars....
   Read moreMy husband & I both tried paying for our 170.00 order with our bank card. I tried twice with mine he tried one with his. All 3 times it took the money from our bank reducing our balance & said pending but we got emails & notifications that our card was declined. Like I said though they took the money out. I have screen shots of this being declined but her the money being taken from our cards 3x. Weâre called Victoria secrets & they refused to work with us & give us our money back. They donât want to see our proof or anything. A supervisor wouldnât even get on the phone with us. They had the lady that had originally answered the phone relay all messages. They tried saying the money shouldnât have been taken out of my account until the transaction was approved. Yeah your right but in this case it didnât work like that they took it out & it declined it as well. So we are out over 400.00 with no help from that end at all. They told us to reach out to our bank & talk to them. Our bank said they canât do anything while a transaction is pending. Why is this transaction pending & why did they take our money if it was declined?? They did not try their best to help us figure this out at all. I will never shop in this store out online at all every again. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened.    Read moreMy experience was terrible. I arrived shortly after opening to a non busy store on a Sunday. I approached a saleswoman and asked if I could have a fitting. She was on the computer, with no other shoppers around, but she still asked in her headset and with laughter if âanyone WANTED to do a fittingâ cricketsâŠI was left without assistance. The store picked up and got busy and I eventually asked another salesperson who was available the same question. I was asked to drop everything I was holding right there in the middle of the crowded store and hold up my arms to be sized in front of everyone. Iâve never appreciated this store for many reasons, unrelated to sales attendants but the attitudes, lack of kindness and dress of the individuals wasnât welcoming. I donât know what happened to the days when they were dressed in black buttons ups with the pink measuring tape draped around their neck, and they would measure you with some privacy near the fitting rooms.
