Isaac's Designs — Local services in Hallandale Beach

Isaac is one of the most ugly business people that I have came across in my entire life!!! . very unprofessional took me time to come to his place. once I got there and sat with him he treated me like a stupid woman that didn't do her homework. I find out before I came to him how much the decal suppose to cost me. no more then $ 1.50 even less. right from the start he made up a price of 5 dollar a decal. plus $ 100 for the lay out which is very expansive when I told him that I am just a beginner he brushed it off like it's nothing. like my hard working money is not important. I told him that I will do the layout of my design by my self if he can sale me the rhinestone. he sold me the rhinestone for 10 times the amount of it. I found it out after I google the company name ( pellosa) on line. that what he sold me for $35 the company charge $3.25 I wanted to see my design in rhinestone that's why I got it from him at that time. then I looked around and got couple more items again for way over the market price. things that sits there for a long time. I can tell that it's sitting there for a long time since all the stones shifted from the transfer paper. from the heat the sun etc I left the place with the most ugly feeling I have ever had in my life. the feeling that I got ripped off !!!! violated !!! when I call him the next day to ask if he got a transfer heat paper he basically put another "show" of MR BUSY man told me he can give me a used paper because he is not going to open a new roll for me. what a creep this man is. it's not enough that he over priced me for the stones and gave me the brush off a treatment and put the act that he doesn't have the time of the day to talk to me. and told me not to use his number any more. what kind of a customer service is it???!!!! what an ugly man and what a bad way to treat people of any kind. I came to conduct business with him and I told him that. didn't come to fight with him or anything. Karma is a beach the way you treat people is the way you will be treated.

I have been a customer of Isaac's for 5 years now, and I have to say that I have never experienced any problems, the workers are always there to help with any questions that I have, my orders are shipped quickly and arrive in perfect order. All employee's that I have dealt with are always nice, and super friendly. I have ordered every week and never had a problem. Believe me when I say they all go way over the top to help with anything that I need. I have several designs made and they have been perfect, and in a timely manner. I have the most respect for a company that runs as smooth as this company. I give 5 stars to this company and I encourage anyone that is in this business to order from them you will never be disappointed. Thank you to Isaac and his staff for a wonderful...

I have been using Isaac's Design Inc. Company for all my business needs every since he has been in business. I place weekly orders and sometime two and three times per week. He has always been there for any questions or problems I had. I feel I know him and his staff and he has always been 100 % honest, truthful and gave me the best price available for any product purchased or inquired about. I highly recommend him if you need rhinestone/studs motif designs or apparel. Hats off...
