Old Navy — Local services in Hamden

This is feedback on the service. After spending quite a bit of time with my toddler picking out clothes, we go to checkout to find the line stretches all the way to the back of the store. They have 2 registers open and one staff acting as gatekeeper telling the next customer they can walk up to the register. Customers in line are clearly disgruntled. there were many floor staff roaming around but only 2 on the register. So we get in line at the back of the store. And, one staff has the nerve to walk the line telling people that if they apply for the Old Navy credit card, they can skip the line and cut in front of everyone. We had only been in line for a little more than 5 minutes at that point with only one person moving forward to the next register. I handed my $200+ bag of clothes, expressed my opinion to the credit card girl and gatekeeper, then left. That's just unacceptable in my opinion; I will not be back. Old Navy clothes really just don't differentiate enough to have that...

Is it so hard to make sure the size on the hanger matches the actual size on the clothing tag? I tried on a pair of pants and the ones I tried on happened to have a spot on them so I went to the wrack to grab the same pair that I thought was the same size based on the fact that the hanger had an S on it and I get home to find they are a size too big. Now I have to go back and get the right size. Its just an inconvenience that could have been avoided. A lot of people use the hanger to see the size so they don't have to go digging for tags,...

The people who work here are incompetent and purposely slow. Another customer was in front of me in line. She a ton of items. I had 4. The cashier waited til she was almost done to call someone else up to help me. Then comes this girl. She had to be the biggest airhead to ever exist. Shes ringing out my 4 items and it takes her, i kid you not, 15 mins to ring, fold, and bag the item. She didnt even set me up to pay while she was doing this. I had to wait.
