There is a good selection and the late store hours are convenient. However, the employees make you feel less than welcome. From the time I walk in, I can hear employees complaining about working late, about other employees, and customers. The closing announcements (starting an hour before closing) were clearly by an annoyed employee ready to lock the door. "Next" is all you get from the cashiers. I encountered a female cashier who had her leg up on the counter the whole transaction. One of my items, a wallet, had no price tag. Instead of informing me, she scanned a wallet that was already at her station and rang it up. I had to stop her because i knew it wasn't that much. She justified overcharging me because they were the same brand- but it was larger. Still continued scanning, as if it wasn't her concern. I went around the checkout line, 8 feet away where the wallets were, to get the same wallet that had a tag. THIS IS A DISHONEST ACT - the same as STEALING from me. She didn't care and would rather overcharge the customer than do the right thing (do her job) and find the correct price.

Then, as I'm gathering my items, she turns her back and leans on the counter. Miserable workers. No class. No service.

No matter when I go there lines are ridiculously long, longer than any other store I shop at. A few months ago they started self check out, and it was the first time I was in and out in no time at all. I decided that moment I will be coming back much more often! A week later I was back, did some shopping, and then headed to register trying to find the entrance to the cringe worthy maze they have customers go through like cattle leaving a stall. I got to the front and one register was open again, I saw not one self-checkout so I asked, and they said they changed their minds and removed self check-out. I am all for employees over self-checkout, but only when there is enough staff so you are not left waiting in their ridiculous maze until you are ready to walk out without the items it took you hours to find and you loved. I have left that store more times than I can count, leaving behind things I wanted. Get your act together, it's a great store, minus...

Now that they have self check out it's very annoying that you do the work yourself and then they stop you at the door to check your receipt and make a line behind each other.You never know if the cashier's are open for service or just doing exchanges because heir service lights are always off and they are telling you to go to the self check out and asking if your items have security tags if they are that concern then ring up the customers because when I put my items in the cart I'm not checking for security tags.Meanwhile they gather next to each other and just talk instead of getting on a register and move the line and stop making people show there receipt at the door!! !!
