DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! I placed a mobile order to pick up in the store at 2:05 PM, got there at 2:15 PM and the sandwiches weren’t ready in the express pickup area, so I waited in line, which was fine. Once the guy got to me, he said that the mobile order had been cancelled by the worker before him??? Then, he proceeded to tell me that never mind, it had popped up just now on his screen, about 30 minutes after it had been placed??? So I handed him back the receipt and sat down assuming that he was working on my order. Then, 4 other customers came in as he was in the back for 5 minutes. He started working on their orders and didn’t give me a heads up about anything with my order. At this point, I started to get frustrated and went to the express delivery area right next to the register. I was ignored for another few minutes. Finally, I asked if the order was going to be made or not, to which the answer was no, that it had been cancelled. This is what was said in the first place, but he obviously had no clue what the answer was after he told me he had just received the order. I asked him why it was cancelled, and he said he didn’t know. Why would they randomly cancel a perfectly fine order? Then, I asked if there would be a refund and he said yes, and printed out the receipt. He said it would take 2 days to get the money back. The app said there was no reason for it being cancelled and that it will take a week to even get the money back. Basically, I wasted my time, gas, energy, and money going to this Subway and I do not plan on returning ever again, even though it is the closest to my house. When I arrived to store to ask them to complete my order anyhow with extra other meats as a substitution for that sandwich - he did not want to do this. He refused to fulfill the online order and asked me to leave the store. I kindly demanded him to make the sandwiches regardless of the fact they did not have capiicolla for "1" sandwich. He then told me to leave store or he would call the police. I left the store. Guess what??? Police were thee. I spoke to them. BEWARE - before you order from the Maineville State Route 48 Location. Giving everyone attitude, out of almost everything because he was too lazy to make anything. No salt on the pretzel. About two or three customers walked out because of how slow he was going. Rolling his eyes when making the food. When I asked for a meatball sub, he said “we are out of meatballs” and I was like dang OK and he rolled his eyes at me and goes. “Are you gonna get anything then?” I got cookies as well, and he threw them into the bag and threw the tongs down on the counter and rang us out I’ve been going to the subway for years never had a bad experience like this.
