From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure that my truck was back on the road.
Brent was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel confident in my decision to have my new transmission installed there. Brandy was equally amazing, providing excellent customer service and keeping me updated on the progress of the installation.

In about 30 minutes, they knew exactly what the problem was and how to solve it. Knocked it out fairly quick and got me back on the road. In this industry, time is money. Let the people who actually know what they’re doing do what they do best. One thing I absolutely hate in costumer service is fake happy, affectations and Over And Beyond with useless BS that has nothing to do with getting my money maker back on the road. We can see right through that BS and we know you hate your job.
