After three consecutive breakdowns on the road I limped back to Hammond and I can't express how impressed I am with the service I received. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure that my truck was back on the road.

Brent was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel confident in my decision to have my new transmission installed there. Brandy was equally amazing, providing excellent customer service and keeping me updated on the progress of the installation.

A huge thank you to all the mechanics and everyone else involved in the process. Your hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. After wasting countless hours and a few days of shop hopping with several techs just throwing their hand up and heads down with shame, the company finally decided to take to truck here. In about 30 minutes, they knew exactly what the problem was and how to solve it. Knocked it out fairly quick and got me back on the road. In this industry, time is money. Let the people who actually know what they’re doing do what they do best. One thing I absolutely hate in costumer service is fake happy, affectations and Over And Beyond with useless BS that has nothing to do with getting my money maker back on the road. We can see right through that BS and we know you hate your job. Here’s my problem when you have a trucker that is broke down and is in need of service and they have a service animal now mind you they’re a veteran with a service animal and you make them sit in the hot sun for hours and hours and hours I got a problem with that Shame on you, for making a veteran with a service animal sitting in a hot sun unacceptable behavior I thought Kentworth held higher standards, but I guess I was mistaken at this shop in Louisiana shame on Louisiana.
