Logged onto the app & got a shower. Walked up to the counter to get my co-driver a shower. Asked for a team shower while at the same time showing the shower purchase on my phone in the app. Cashier looked at it, but said I needed to use the kiosk. I told her I didn't have to because I used the app. She then went to the computer & stared at it for a while. I thought maybe she forgot the driver id from what I just showed her, so I said, I'm driver id 151. She said she wasn't showing a team shower for me. I was confused as to why she would say that. It's her that's supposed to give me the 2nd shower after I purchase one (shower credit) in the app. She then had a guy call someone by the name of Monica. She told Monica that I had gotten a shower through the app, but she didn't see me as having a team shower & didn't know why I didn't use the kiosk. So Monica asked her if she had seen the proof of a shower purchase on my phone. Thr cashier, Amanda, then ask me if I have it on my phone. I was confused as to why she asked me this brcause at this point, she already knew. Come to find out she is looking for proof of a team shower.  I responded, "Yeah, I showed it to you when I first walked up."  Amanda immediately raised her voice at me & accused me of being rude. After this, I said nothing else, but only showed her my phone for a second time & again she repeated that she didn't see where I paid for a team shower. At this moment, Monica walked her through how to give me a 2nd shower. I was very hurt by this experience of being yelled at & being accused of being something I wasn't in front of 4 others. How was I supposed to know that she wasn't trained on how to give team showers. I went back for her name & she made sure to yell, "It's Amanda!" The shower attendant was extremely nice & even...

At least they have iron skillet for breakfast. But, no one has cleaned any of the toilets here, ever. Especially not in the nonsensical "truckers" building behind the main travel center. At least in the shower room, you're going to take a shower, but it would be nice to have a clean throne, too.

Also, they usually have good coffee, but I want a discount for all the times it ended up leaking all over my truck. This time, the lid came off when I touched it. Hopefully, I can drink it before it leaks out from the bottom like most of the other ones. Maybe they dont mind having nasty truck stops, but I dont want my cupholders to be nasty. They should hold up better to endure me losing an axel to that violently rough parking lot. What exactly does the payment for...

I don’t know where to start. Don’t expect to find food here for overnight drivers. They never have any kind of food here to eat. Nothing is ever stocked. The guy who worked the night shift is to busy talking to his woman at the front counter because she stays with him all night. Very unprofessional. Another thing is if you want your freight thrown around and act like you are at the rodeo. There parking lot is the place to be. The pot hole here are ridiculous even at slow speeds. Then there’s no where on the ground saying reserve parking. Never again will I come here. Place...
