Probably the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Had 3 issues here over the past 5 years. The one before this was a substantial privacy issue. Today, had to due with a medication delivery. While the reasoning for why a person being home needs to be verified makes sense but the way they do it is absurd. 3 rapid calls then finally a message on the 4th call. We were in the ER with my son till 7 am. My wife was on a work call. Then, they outright cancel the order. I call them and get put on hold twice just for them to put ithe order through again. Then whether intentional or unintentional they disconnect me. My wife was not able to put the order in again herself because the pharmacy canceled it. The manager that I spoke to in person when I had to go pick up the medication claimed to have called my wife back. I kind of thought she was lying but I didn't have proof without my wife's phone. Come home and yeah no call was made after the disconnect. She blatantly lied right to my face. I guess it was too close to their lunch time to do their job. Mind you both our numbers are on the account too. A complete lack of effort and professionalism. We will be transferring all of our scripts away from this disaster of a pharmacy. Read moreI was at the drive thru and there is big board hanging right outside the Drive thru’ saying OTC medicine available to pick up at DT, this is my third experience when I ask associate to get me children’s Tylenol and was told don’t have it and I can’t go to the front of the store to get it. Associate at drive thru did apologize but that didn’t solve my purpose! I understand you can’t go and grab it’ but my question is why are you advertising it and not following what you are offering’ it not something I ask for something that I made it up’ was very disappointing to me! Also if you dont have it available at the drive thru then why don’t you keep them specially when you are advertising it. Sorry I had to our survey out today coz I ignored it couple times before and as a consumer I have to tell them what they are missing and not delivering the promise they are...
Read moreLeft Patient First (right next door) at 1:14pm after being told they sent a prescription over to CVS. Looked around store allowing time to receive and fill, go to pharmacy at 1:28pm to see them putting up the “closed for lunch” sign. (1:30pm-2pm) I was first at pick-up counter at 2pm just to be told they didn’t have anything and to go to drop-off counter. Conveniently told “they JUST sent it over” (at 2:03pm, after their lunch, when I’m at the counter) and to give them 15 minutes. Heard them mocking another customer for “coming 5 minutes before lunch and expecting __.” Was given horrible attitude when I later called in to check something.
