I enjoy coming to this store for the most part, as long as this one particular manager isn’t working Brindi, she is the most unkind manager/associate I have EVER encountered. She doesn’t Smile, say Hi or even Thank You upon completion. Although I still do, but never a response back, Utterly Rude No Customer Skills whatsoever, can’t believe this lady is a manger. I have kindly asked before to have her please not slam my apples in the cart, as she is so focused on scanning THROWING items in cart, to what be the fastest!! and getting people gone so she can walk about store P,O’d. Has a disgusting attitude for a worker. I do not personally know her but and thank goodness. People around even notice her actions and rudeness and most occasions I see people giving eye raises and head shakes, In disgust. If you don’t like working with people, find a different path. Read moreNot very customer friendly, while in Traverse City Aldi store an item was out of stock but the helpful sales person called Cadillac store, which they had the item, my name was given and I was told the Cadillac store had one in stock with one put on hold for me so when I arrived the next day it would be waiting just ask at the cash register and they would get it for me. So today I went to the store stood in line for over 5 minutes then they opened a 2nd register which I went to and only waited for the 1 person in front of me. The cashier at the register checked with someone over, what looked like a radio, then went to the hall near register, upon returning told me nothing was held go get one from the floor and get back in line, which was at least a 5 minutes wait again. Read morePrices, product quality and employees are all good. The problem is lack of staffing to get customers out of the building in a timely manner. Lines are long even though staff is trying to"push" you through. I sometimes feel I am being shoved out of the way.. not the fault of the employee, I believe it is company policy to move fast but you need to have enough staff to serve your costumers while making them feel welcome without making them feel they are taking up company time.
