Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Haring Township

I HAD been going here for years but no longer will be going to Tractor Supply. We have had two different issues this past year. One was being overcharged on a shipment which was supposed to be free shipping and additional charges showed up and it took many phone calls and attempts to receive the money back. I had to talk to different managers and corporate. The last thing that happened was with a pallet of wood pellets. I was told by the employee inside to pull around to the side and they would load the pallet then come to our window once it is loaded (It was below 0 degrees on this day) The guy loaded the pallet then came to the window and said that I was all set and he signed the receipt and I took off. As soon as I pulled out of the driveway, the pallet slid off and fell in the middle of the road/driveway. Mind you, I did not "gun it" or turn fast. When I returned inside, I talked to a few different people before talking to the manager. They made me go sit in my truck and after 30 minutes I returned inside and they said they were still working on it and they would come out to my truck. It took them a total of an hour and 13 minutes before they came out to my truck only to tell me that they loaded the pallet right and that it was our responsibility to check the pallet and the gentleman that loaded it has been loaded it for over 15 years. I have never seen a pallet that was left on the tailgate and not pushed further on the truck to sit over the axle. It has completely ruined my tailgate and nothing has been done from them. I went to purchase a trailer today and it took over an hour to purchase this product. I had trouble getting help to get the paperwork a certain 5 + 1/2 I-10 trailer. The young man that first help me did not understand what I needed. It was not his department but he was willing to help as much as he could. Then the original guy that works in this department came. He belittled the young man that was trying to help us. I did not think that was appropriate to belittle another employee in front of the customer. This young man was only trying to help us. Then when we went and told him what trailer we wanted in the front lot they only had one left. That was fine but they could not sell it to us because none of the paperwork that they had in the store matched that trailer. Shout out to Isabella from store 632 came in with a pair of ridge cuts that I blew out a month ago maybe a month and a half I was there to buy muck Boots for my fiance which I ended up buying the ridge cut muck Boots on top of while I was there I was like hey I just bought these boots let me see if ask about these boots they immediately took care of me how to take my old boots which I apologize cuz I work with cattle and they were just saturated and cow poop but they took him back and gave me a brand new pair no hassle bought me a new cowboy hat I can't say nothing bad about this please thank you guys I'll definitely...
