I have been going to Continental in Cadillac Michigan for a little over 8 years Brian was my delivery driver now a store manager and I just had a washer and dryer dropped off by James and Taylor there's two delivery guys this company has showed what true customer service is above and beyond and this is why I keep going back to him they're doing a great work always with the friendly smile and always answer questions without hesitation it's a pleasure to be doing business with them and I continue to look forward...

Great staff, excellent service! Ive been renting from this store for a few yeara now and have never had an issue, I wouldn't recommend any other rent to own besides this one! Plus, if you ever move from one home to another and you are renting big furniture, they will move it for you as long as you are in a 10 mile radius. The manager is very, very rude and disrespectful.I don't recommend continental to anybody especially cadillacs store. I walked in the store, wanting to rent something the manager told me to get out of the store.That's not how you run a business i am going to tell everybody about the store to not come and shop here...
