Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Haring Township

This was by far the worst service I have ever received from a restaurant. First the waitress forgot to bring our straws, no biggie, it's just straws. Then we ordered wings, breadsticks and garlic knots and the waitress forgets the wings and brings out breadsticks and garlic bread(not correct). We ask her about the wings, she says they are coming right up. Mind you we have now been here for 45 minutes and we have no wings and no pizza. Next, the craziest thing happens and the waitress comes out and asks us if we want desert!? And that's when we flipped because we hadn't even gotten our pizzas yet! So she said they were just coming out. Turns out she didn't even put the pizza in in the first place. And I've been a server before so I know the signs to look for. Yesterday I was driving back from down state w Mt daughter n she wanted pizza hut so we stop at t 1 in Cadillac so we walked in n the staff was nice e very friendly I order 2 cheese sticks with extra cheese n pepperoni personal pan pizza n 20oz Mt dew ok so they told me 20 min ok Kool well 20min later I walk in they give me t wrong order then some lady says oh we separated them. Um ok? Soon as I grabbed t boxes there not hot barley warm get out 2 my vehicle t 1st thing my son says I'm glad its not hot so I don't burn my tongue! So I felt it and t pizza was barely room temp. I open the 2 cheese sticks boxes no extra cheese on them and they tasted like they have been sitting out 4 over 30min near a open window by this time I was down the highway so I'm not thrilled about t food if I order food n they say 20min cuz they cooked it 4 20min I want hot food not some1 else's food that has sat out for over 30min ...

We placed an almost $50 order for dinner carryout. We picked it up and got home to realize we didnt get some of our items. I called and they said they would throw down some new quepapas if we wanted to come back for them. Ok fine. I ask what kind of discount will be applied for me not getting my complete order and coming all the way back. He tells me "they will be free". 🤔 no.... Because i have already paid for everything on my order. I explain my way of thinking to him. He had to put me on hold twice and then i got hung up on. I call back and get told they will credit my account $5. Ok good enough. Then i realize i didnt get my cheese sticks either. Are you serious!?! Call back and they wanted me to go back a THIRD time to get the cheese sticks. Mean while the food we did get is getting cold. Never picking this place again for any special dinner. Its valentines day! Thanks for ruining...
