I visited the store on April 18 and had an exemptional experience. I needed help finding my 10 yr old a baseball bat. The young man who helped me was well informed of what size and type of bat my son needed. After his help I proceeded to need help finding a pair of running shoes. I received exemptional service in the shoe department as well. The shoes I wanted were not available in store so I was offered the option to order them on line, from the store. It was really quick and easy. I went back to the store on April 25 and was given exemptional customer service again. The two guys in the shoe department worked together to try and help me find the right fit of cleats for my son. After we were able to determine the right size and brand they helped me order the cleats on line, in store. I just received confirmation that those cleats will arrive tomorrow. That is only 2 days after they were ordered! I can't express how satisfied I am with the customer service I received during both visits to the store. I am shocked at how fast both pair of shoes have/are arriving. It is also really nice to see such young men be so kind and so helpful. Thanks...
   Read more2nd time in this Dick's location. Store was great, found what I needed & then some. At the checkout, there was one cashier working - not a problem. The shift manager came up & told everyone that another cashier was on the way. Awesome, so far. The 2nd cashier came up from the back, opened her register & announced "next customer". I was at the back of the line & nobody moved, so I stepped over to the new cashier. She very rudely told me "no, I said next customer". Very rude, unprofessional...like she maybe wasn't happy about being there. The only reason I stepped over was because nobody else had made the move. Wasn't a big deal to me until the snotty Dicks sales girl acted like a jerk. She wasn't wearing a name tag, but was a tall lanky young lady, dark hair in a lazy ponytail, & red shirt with logos on it. I'll never walk back into this store & might, in the future, spend my money at another Dick's - but...

I go to pick up online order and he lied and say my order was cancelled, I called customer service and was told that was false that my order was ready for pickup, even as I was on phone with representative it continued to lie until he knew I had my phone on speaker and he heard her say that's not true. He was so worried about why an old order was cancelled, which I told him I was aware of and that I wanted my order which was a hat. He then pretend as if my hat wasn't upfront already for pick up cashier went to draw and pull hat up he then had her to put it back and he gave me one off the floor, very unnecessary and unprofessional.
