This is the worst suppose to be high quality of service I've ever received. I purchased a coach handbag from the Coach store in Concord Mills, Concord, N.C. that I only had a little over a year and let me add this is not an everyday used purse. I recently had to return this bag to the store for repairs on leather strap that started unraveling. First of all the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of was to ask me to pay for shipping on a product I paid over $100 for to begin with. If your product of this quality is guaranteed and has a malfunction not due to the reasoning of the consumer why am I ask to pay. It was to my own interpretation that the manager was not enthused to resolve the problem at all after I had question of the shipping charges. The response I received was "well we can send it back but it's no guarantee that they can fix it. If they can't would you like the purse back or would you like to get whatever they will give you for the purse on a giftcard", which I thought was kind of rudely spoken to me in an unconcerned manner. My response was could they give me the option of which one I wanted after they inspect it. She says we have to put one or the other down so I chose to have the purse back but also ask if they could send a quote as well for a refund before they sent it back so I could make a sound decision because if it would have been enough to replace the bag I would have chosen the giftcard. Well needless to say after a few weeks I did receive a call that my purse could not be fixed and they was sending it back to me along with a coupon for a discount so I guess the second part of my request was not acknowledged, so please keep your discount card because I will never purchase another...
Read moreCame in yesterday and was profiled if I was going to steal a men’s crossover bag, by a Hispanic man (English did not seem like his first language). I should have gotten his name, so in shocked in the moment I wanted to keep my composure. This is the first time I’ve encountered him, and I’ve been going to that store for years. As I was shopping for which bag I wanted to purchase between the all black and the gray and black with logos he came over in an aggressive manner. Asking do I need help, I replied no just trying to decide which bag I wanted. Then taking one out my hand to place it on a belt rack where it did not even belong in the first place, then walking off. Once I purchased the bag I decided on, I was leaving and the store alarm went off. He waived me back into the store. I came back in and gave him my bag. The ironic is when I initially walked into the store a lady was leaving and the same thing happened and he told her to go ahead and leave it’s okay. In which I informed him of as he was checking my bag as if he caught me in an act of stealing. I never write a review so I hope this shows the context of how bad this did not sit...
Read moreJust FYI all perfumes are FINAL SALE and they will NOT tell you that they are final sale. I bought a perfume that was displayed incorrectly and there was a completely different perfume in the box that I bought. I went back in to return it and they said it was final sale even though NO WHERE IN THE STORE DOES IT SAY ITS FINAL SALE. Maurion at Concord Mills did NOT tell me it was final sale. So how was I supposed to know??????? Unfortunately for me I opened the wrapper which made it less likely to get it returned. Manager handled the whole situation poorly and gave us an attitude when all we did was politely ask for a refund and that we were not informed correctly. Clearly this location does not know how to train their employees. So now I’m out $77 bucks and grandma smelling perfume. If i could put 0...
