It’s 5:02 sept 13th I came into fire house sub and trying to get my food like I normally do and have been doing for 3 years now when I on break usual. Trice Told me that she’s charging me for a water cup because she said that some managers saw me getting something besides water. So when I asked for the managers name who said that. She doesn’t tell me she avoids the question. So then I asked the manager on shift Who said that I was getting something besides water when I asked for a water cup? Because When I asked for a water cup, I only drink water anyways. So now the manager says that he didn’t hear anything about that. But he does know that people don’t charge for water cups Normally, charging for a normal procedure. Which is understandable people just letting me get water for free Is a part of the procedure which is Understandable. But it’s the fact that last time I got a water cup, she stared at me while I went to go get it and try to make it seem like I didn’t put water in the cup. Whole time it is her saying that I didn’t get water last time. I try to figure who said that ask multiple people. She said it was Maneger but it’s really her trying to charge me because she believes I don’t put water in it. She had the nastiest attitude ever. Arguing with me about 50 Cent that I have and would have bought, but the fact that she tried to argue about it and say that it was a manager went whole time she just doesn’t want me to get...
Read moreI was there last Friday night and I think it is safe to say that it was probably my worst experience at this location. I used to work at this mall and when I went the staff was always nice and professional. It looks like they hired a bunch of teenagers who were allowed to work unsupervised. When I walked up to order, the group of five workers behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me until one turned around and gave me a simple “hi” and then turned back around to finish her conversation. Another one of them finally stepped out of the group to take our order. The store was trashed with napkins and straws all over the floor. The group behind the counter disappeared to the back for a few minutes and hadn’t even started on our order yet. When they all finally came back out they were loud and obnoxious and were using profanity. At one point another group of their friends came into the store and were behind the counter again being loud and obnoxious (also unsanitary considering none of them actually worked there and were still allowed behind the counter). Their work space was also trashed and their floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for days. Overall very unprofessional. As someone who works in retail and customer service, I am absolutely appalled and I’m very disappointed considering that I have been visiting this location for over a year now and have never had such an...
Read moreWe used to like coming to firehouse until now. Firehouse is a hit or miss most of the time. It literally just depends on who is your sandwich artist. We order 4 sandwiches today. I said no mustard or mayo. All combos to come out to 60 dollars (geesh). We were patient with our food and immediately disappointed. Mayo and mustard smothered on all of the sandwiches. The man that was working today, looked Hispanic to me, took our order and messed up the sandwiches. It’s okay, fine. I just told him to change two of them cause I refused to even eat mine. Then, a lady made my order, asked if I wanted pickle… (yes?)… and it was freshly made rather than what the other man did. Ridiculous. I even mentioned that one sandwich was to be to go and I was given no bag. I had to ask for it. The soda was flat. Nor did the man even apologized. He just got frustrated when he realized. My appetite was gone and I didn’t want to eat anything. We did not enjoy our time here cause everything seemed like it was not fresh with this inidividual or just did not want to give us effort. Half of us had to eat something we didn’t want cause we were starving. Ridiculous. I should of just asked for my money back cause 60 dollars worth of “combos” at a firehouse is astronomical if you ask me. One of the subs was a “small” looked like it was half of a sub for like 9 dollars? What?? I’m not coming to this...
