I stopped by the LEGO store to pick up a box of Legos for my and that's where the journey began. My son was so into their display, play area that he continued to play for over 2 hours. I offered him many times to get him a boxer to when he's ready to leave. After the first hour I brought him three boxes hoping that I could coerce him into leaving the store. He was not interested in the three boxes that I was. I asked him, "would you rather stay and play or take some home?". He chose to stay and play rather than having his daddy by him several boxes to take home with him. The store is very clean and the staff is extremely generous and helpful. People were rude, obnoxious, the mall was dirty, trash left everywhere rather than in the trash cans, bathrooms offensive to be polite. Toilets left unflushed, simply nasty! The smell of Marijuana at every turn. Sorry Lego, you deserve better and so do you shopper's! Buy your loved ones toys on line its much safer. You'll...
Read moreVisited it today with my child and there were adults and children in the store without masks on. They walked right past the sales associates who did not say say a thing. When I asked the sale associates in the store if masks were mandatory, they just said, "yeah is someone not wearing one?" Proceeded to look up at the people that were not wearing one, then continued on without saying a word to them or anyone. This was highly disappointing as it is a big safety concern and the signs clearly say masks are mandatory. I cannot believe the Lego store in Concord is not even enforcing this and the associates blatantly ignore the statewide mandate by allowing these individuals to continue to walk all over the store...
