Gap Factory — Local services in Harrisburg

Very poor quality jeans. When I attempted to return them I was told because I had worn them and washed them once I couldn't return them. That tells you everything you need to know. They prohibit jean return once you've been able to prove there shoddy quality. I'll stick with LEVIS which last much much longer than one wash. Also the manager started to explain how jeans can stretch out like I'm sort of idiot who hasn't ever worn jeans. I know how jeans should behave and GAP outlet jeans don't make the cut. Don't waste your time or money. I asked her if they were the same quality as regular Gap jeans and she dodged the question saying they carry a "different" line...="shoddy"...

Staff not knowledgeable about coupon use. Although the terms were clearly stated. Manager insisted that coupon could only be used online. I did an online order for store pickup AND part of the order was canceled these were for the same items I just tried to purchase while in store. They canceled the order because the items were not put back on the floor, from when I tried to purchase in-store. Sooooo long story short THEY SCREWED UP & Then let me purchase the items in store with the coupon they said was for...

Not really a good customer service there either. No one there to help you and sometimes you have to find a way to get an item that you like that it's too high for you to get. I was looking for someone to help me get an item and didn't find anyone to help me. So I had to figure out how to get it since the shirt was hanging on a high level for me to get it. Cashier wasn't that friendly either. Ain't coming...
