I received horrible customer service today. I went to ask about materials I would need to build a small deck. I knew what company I wanted to use, and the collection and color, but I had questions about the fascia, risers, etc. I had a drawing and measurements of the small, simple deck a contractor would build for me and just needed some guidance to make sure I was ordering the correct materials and quantity. The white male that volunteered to "help" me did anything but that. He told me that he couldn't help me figure out what I needed, and to return when I had a detailed list of everything I wanted to buy. He kept interrupting me, and wouldn't let me explain or ask questions. I went in person so someone could help me finalize my material order. I am not a contractor, and am paying for the materials myself so I don't want to make a mistake. I had spoken to my contractor about was needed, but just wanted to confirm I was getting the right materials. This man didn't even try to help me, dismissing me quickly.
