Kohl's — Local services in Harrisonburg

Awesome products; love their PJ's, clothes, houseware and more. They got it all. The only thing I don't like about it is that there is always ALWAYS a part of the store that is extremely messy. One time I went and the shoe section was completely disorganized- sizes switched and dishevelled, shoes out of boxes and in the wrong sections, etc; last time I went into a dressing room and there was a whole pile of clothing thrown onto the entire bench that was at least three inches tall. I'll always come back and be drawn to it for cool gifts and nice clothes, but I wish the maintenance could be kept up with a little more.

EDIT: to update my review, I went back last month to shop for Christmas, and the condition of the store was SO much better. Of course there was a section here and there with some things fallen on the floor, but there was definitely improvement....

ound an unbelievable deal on Memorial Day. Purchased around 22 items. When I got home, I was missing 1 of the items that I was very excited about. I live 2 hours away from this location. I was very sad. Next day I called the store and spoke to the manager Liz. She was very helpful and checked the 🛒 we left the item in and was not able to find it. She started working on refunding process and to call me later to confirm I will be refunded. Called me in couple of hours and made my day. She was able to find the item and forwarded to me after a few days. I wanted to say thank you Liz. Kohl’s is lucky to have you as a store manager. You have absolutely earned it.
