Want to this location to get brake parts. Needed left from brake hose. Was told they could get it by noon. Came back no hose not even ordered. Gentleman that I talked to was gone. Asked to have ordered. Call the falling Monday and was told it was ordered. Picked up and was told by count boy that he couldn't find any info on it. But they had line in my name waiting for me. He said I would need to return if I paid for to get refund. Found receipt and went back to get refund. Was told by counter lady she had to figure way inventory and charge were not the same. I told her to just refund me. After heated discussion it finally get my refund. Do not shop there....

I got off one morning from work and my battery light came on i immediately drove to O’Reilly and was greeted by Tammy and i received the best help.I thought it was my battery that was the problem but her and a coworker of hers helped me to solve the problem and called a friend of there’s to come put the part on and omg I am still so grateful if it wasn’t for her i would be out of hundreds of dollars and in the cold for possibly another 5 hours so Tammy if you see this THANK YOU!!🙏🏾 🫶🏾 O’Reilly Auto Parts she is a great worker and person I suggest you make it known how appreciative you are of her… I...

When I walk into this store I can see floors are not clean there is dirt and debris on floors, dust on most of merchandise counters most likely have not been sanitized and only one worker in afternoons sanitizers his hands. Very unclean no one is wearing mask to protect customers During this pandemic Otherwise when there is someone out at counter to help you . The associates are very helpful and try to get you what you need that day in stock if not they will order it for you and will usually be there by next...
