do not go here!!!! i went here to get a pedicure a few days ago and it was good so i went back today to get my nails done. it was probably the worst experience i’ve ever had at a nail salon. i was a walk in and they said they had time for me which will come in later. the lady cut my nails uneven and pointy so i just assumed that when she filed them she would fix it, but she barely filed them and then just went to paint. they were literally at an angle and so pointy it hurt when i touched the corner, a ten year old could do better :,) i asked her to please file them more because they’re kind of uneven (trying to be nice) and she got upset, said someone else will do my nails and walked off in a huff. the second lady filed them slightly better but they were still super lopsided - again i was trying to be nice so instead of saying they look terrible (which they did) i said “i’m kinda particular about the shape and i don’t mind helping can i fix it?” she looked really offended but said sure so i started filing my own nails. however about 45 seconds in she started getting upset, literally yelling at me that i’m too picky and they don’t have time for this, i’m too slow and they need to get me out faster so they can have the chair back for other people (which i would understand if the chairs were all full and they had people waiting, but they had empty chairs and no one was waiting so it was weird). i was kinda in shock that she was yelling so i just said “okay sorry i’ll go fast!” and she said okay and rudely left to do something else. unfortunately i’m the kind of person who cries when i get stressed so as i was finishing my nails i was quietly wiping away tears :/ after about two minutes when i was done i called her back and she literally said “you cry and cause problems, if you wanted your nails done perfect you should have just done them yourself, we don’t want to touch your nails”

i was so in shock i just kind of ran out of there, i was with my mom and she tried to pay them but at least they didn’t want to take her money. never...

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon!!! This salon was recommended to me as a unique experience with wine served and a piano playing by one of the manicurist, I was greeted gruffly by a young man, who was sitting outside the salon and was questioned about why I was there. I told him I had made and appointment for a pedicure and manicure and was there for it. I entered and directed to sit in a chair, with no assistance in where to place my purse or how to operate the chair for comfort. After waiting 5 - 10 minutes, a manicurist came out to begin my pedicure. I had to ask if the instruments were sterilized as they seem to be just on a cart and rolled to the station. An explanation was given that all instruments are sterilized, but now placed in sealed bags, because they were too expensive. At no time during the pedicure was I spoken to nor was I offer water/soda/wine that was suppose to be included in their service. When the pedicure was done, the manicurist walked away without a word. I thought she was preparing for my manicure. When she came back, I was told how much I owed for the pedicure. I mentioned I also wanted a manicure, however, by that point, I no longer wanted to be in an establishment that treated me as an inconvenience that happend by to...

me my mom and my sister went in for pedicures and me and my sister got manicures as well. everything went smoothly for my sister and mom, but I got the owner and she did a horrible job on my mani and pedi. I had paint all over the skin of my toes and she was going to leave it till I asked for it to be removed. when she was trimming my toe nails she cut so deep that she made my middle toe bleed and it hurt so bad not for just that day but the last 4 days of my vacation. my manicure was just as bad as paint job as my toes and she went to try and fix it but just left the edges of my nails unpainted and thick spots of nail Polish else wear. I was so disappointed as it was a mother and daughter day and my nails looked like crap and my toe throbbed in pain from being cut. please don't waste your time unless u want a crappy nail job and have to pay full price for it.
