BUYER BEWARE I spent 2,000.00 on a necklace, anklet and bracelet. I wanted to exchange the bracelet as I had found one they had and I fell in love with it. When I went to return it within the specified allowed return or exchange window the Manager chose to argue and refuse to do so. She stated there was a tiny scratch on the clasp and she wouldn't be able to put it back on display. I pointed out it could be very easily buffed out. She still refused and became belligerent and rude. I took my receipt, bracelet and the pouch and left. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I went to the Kona store to get the item number for the bracelet I wanted. While I was explaining that I wanted the item number so I could come back and order it after I completed my refund with the corporate office. They were so kind and understanding. They not only exchanged the previous bracelet for the new one and I bought another pair of earrings. I will never forget their kindness and professionalism. So very much appreciated. DO NOT EVER GO TO THE KINGS SHOPPING CENTER LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT...
Read moreTruly disappointed in THIS store as I went into the store three times. I was looking and saw something that I liked. It wasn't until the third time when my friend went in before me and they acknowledged her but not me until she came over to stood next to me and said, no but you can help my friend. I was really disappointed in this store and their customer service because I'm not white, however, the last time I checked US money is still green and credit cards still swipe. We decided not to buy anything from this store as they did not deserve the commission. So instead we went to the the store in Kona and definitely received much better service right when we walked in the door. Thank you Jo from the Kona Na Hoku store. Wow there goes the customer service..it was not worn... they said it was due to wear and are charging to repair . Lost a whole family of customers for 90 dollars. . Interesting company..hope no one has any problems after purchase because thas where it all ends. No standing behind there products..sad never again lifetime warranty does...
